This is the fourth time my husband has picked me up breakfast and the order is completely wrong. I am allergic to eggs and all of the sauces we order a double steak bowl w jasmine rice and cheese and add avocado. We state NO EGGS NO SAUCE JUST MEAT RICE CHEESE & Avocado. I am not sure why it’s so hard. I’m super super aggravated. The bowl is around $14.00 when all said and done. My husband doesn’t check to make sure the order is right so that part is his fault leaves comes home and hast to go back the next time. I should eat the eggs get really sick. Go to the hospital and then sue you because I have told you many times that we are all allergic to eggs. This location is the worst location at providing a service for people that we pay for because you’re too lazy to look at a ticket and get the order correct. Awful! Then you have to wait on the phone for over 6 mins in order to speak to someone. Get it together. I am all about supporting local business or should I say franchise but not when you’re hiring and staffing, incompetent people that can ruin your livelihood. Pathetic

Update- Unfortunately this place has gone downhill. I sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes today and no one was at the speaker. Then I went to the window and waited another 2 minutes. I gave up and went in to find a man standing at the computer. He didn’t look up or acknowledge me at all. There were 4 cooks eating a meal and they all looked up at me. Not one person welcomed me. The man proceeded to pull his cell phone out of his pocket and I finally gave up and put my order in on the computer. Manager gave a half apology and gave me my Luke warm food and I was on my way.I love this place for breakfast! Where else can you can and get a big bowl of eggs, cheese, meat, tofu, and quinoa for $5! Also Peyton is awesome and sure to put a smile on your face! Food is always quick, hot, and fresh! The dining room is super clean as well!

I go to WashU (also STL local) so I was excited to try some fresh new food off campus for once. I got the chicken and salmon bowl. I usually don’t write reviews but I’ve never had such dry meat, the veggies were stiff, and the portioning was so small for $15. You might not be able to tell from the pic but salmon does not look like that / should not be that dry. Not fresh at all. Take this recent review as a warning to go elsewhere.

They forgot my side orders and the "lobster Rangoon" has no filling whatsoever. Staff was very kind though. I also enjoyed the poke bowl and falafel !

The vegan options are great here and my food is always fresh and delicious. The customer service is also excellent, I had an order slightly messed up and when I sent a note online someone from their offices came and dropped off the correct order to me within an hour. Thank you so much!

Stopped for lunch on our road trip. I loved that we could grab a quick meal full of fresh veggies.
I stopped here for a quick lunch and got the Caesar wrap. It was delicious, the restaurant is clean and the staff was great. This was my first time at this location I usually go to a difference one but this will be my new spot. I appreciate the great experience.

I don't know what has happened to them, because I used to love their falafel. But the last two times I ordered, today being the second time in a short period of time, they were dry, hard and flavorless. The ones I got today were overcooked and the size of a quarter. Never again.

I like that it has its own parking spaces, food was served quickly and the place is clean. However, with more people ordering online, drive thru or pick up, there's little attention to ordering at the counter for dining in. I also notice that the bowls are not as full as it used to.

My second time here and wow the service in the drive through is terrible ! Don’t ask any questions about food the lady gets rude with you as if you aren’t supposed to ask questions! I asked for extra silverware and the lady told me to pull up until she was done taken care of everyone else then she would bring my silverware out! Like wow what! Then gave me the corporate number when all I asked for was her name!! Holy terror wow what a itch bet she would not act like this if she didn’t have a drive through window to hide behind! Look ugly a women get a different job if you don’t like yours !!

CBW, I love your food, and when I have done drive-thru here, everything was great. Tonight, however, when I went inside, there were three people behind the counter, no line, and they asked me to use the kiosk to order. Umm, okay, but the kiosk has lots of prompts to order additional items, and at the end it only included half of what I did actually want, so we cancelled the whole thing and walked out. Meanwhile, the person behind the counter started taking orders, so I am not sure what their thinking was in sending me to the kiosk. I am not a CBW employee, so I am not going to be troubleshooting your order machine. Nor does it seem wise business practice to decline to take a customer's order.
