My daughter purchase 2 chicken power bowls and a sweet and sour bowl. Was greeted upon arrival, restaurant is clean, services Wonderful!, But the presentation of the food was excellent. When I got home and I opened our food containers, it actually looked like high-end restaurant styled presentation. My daughter and I was so pleased. We actually are here today for the same food we purchased yesterday. It was just that awesome. Thanks crazy bowl and wrap!!!!

If I could give negative stars, I would. I paid extra money to door dash this dry, burnt, overcooked salmon to my job.

Did they really think someone would eat this and not have anything to say.

Let’s not forget cheese is not in the description for the power bowl and here we are with cheese all over it

I love getting the teriyaki bowl! The staff are always nice and sweet! One of my favorite lunch spots.

A great place to get very high quality food if you're in a hurry or not. Everything I've ever had here has been great! The staff is always very accommodating and goes above and beyond.
You gotta try the Lobster rolls....

Matt the Manager was so welcoming and helpful today. We had never been and he coached us through the ordering process. Food was delicious, quick and fresh, but it was really Matt that stood out the most. Thank you for the exceptional service and for being just overall friendly and kind. We'll be back!

I love Crazy Bowls & Wraps, and this was my first time at this location. It's just as good as the others. I always order the Fajita Bowl, which is filling and delicious. Service here was fast and friendly.

If you are health conscious like me and looking for healthy options when you want to eat out, definitely come here.

Mediterranean wrap. I dined in, by time I got home within 30 min upset stomach. Vomit shortly after. Not to be trusted , all franchises not operated the same.

I have been to this CBW several times in the past with no issues. However, today on 6/10/2024 around 1:15 pm, I witnessed a few concerning things that need to be addressed.

When I first walked in, there was a group of at least 5 employees huddled together at a small table across from cash register, laughing & joking, making it hard to get through and place an order. The gentleman who was working at the register and taking orders was very pleasant but kept motioning to the group to come over and assist. Finally, a few people from the group got up and walked back to the kitchen area. I then placed my order with the same gentleman for carry out. This was not my primary concern, but it also didn’t make the experience any better.

The part that was most bothersome to me is one of the young ladies that was putting food orders together took off her plastic serving gloves, unwrapped a plastic fork, and started eating her sushi lunch (looked like it came from Dierberg’s in the same plaza). She then continued putting together orders while eating the sushi, with no gloves. Once she was done putting together a few bowls, she picked them up, bare hands and all, then brought them out to a group in the dining room. Anyone standing by the register or waiting for their food could clearly see this. The gentleman who initially took my order also put my order together with no issues, so the young lady had no contact with my food.

I regret not saying anything at the time about what I witnessed, however, I didn’t want to cause a scene. While nothing malicious or inappropriate was done to the other patron’s food, it was completely unsanitary, not to mention, some people have allergies to sushi/fish/shellfish. CBW really needs to review their food safety and sanitation protocols with their employees. I likely won’t be back based upon what I witnessed today.

Used to be one of my favorites. Unfortunately has had a downturn on quality of food. Had a few issues recently but today was the worst.

Got a starter of Falafel….. came out after I already had eaten my wrap.

Got a chicken Ceasar wrap with chips. Most of the lettuce needed to be picked off as it was brown and wilted. Ordered extra dressing, received a container of dressing but none on wrap.

Chips and pico used to be the best part, chips were cold and stale. Pico looked like it had been sitting out for days.

CBR as a whole is really good. I think they forgot this one exists. Food was awful. Hard to mess up a Caesar wrap, but they managed to. Chips were stale, salsa was bland. I normally go to the one on Manchester, and it’s consistently gas. This one, not so much. Maybe they just having a bad day. Idk.
