I had a craving for CBW, went to this location around noon 8.14.25. They were mobbed with a local college sports team 20+ people (who does that to a small place?). The staff handled the rush extremely professionally. While I had to wait, I understood since they got slammed. I just want to give kudos to the staff for being streamlined and kind.

The food was good...only thing missing is a little spice(jalapenos) for the fajita bowl...for the price one pays the bowls could be a little bigger

Every time we order on online the order is always 100% accurate and the food quality is always of the highest quality! The chips and buffalo sauce has been a favorite of mine for years, too!

Kid-friendliness: The kids grilled chicken and rice with teriyaki is my daughter's favorite. Healthy and so much flavor!

I typically get take out. Whenever I go, be busy or slow, the service is always fantastic. I believe it’s the manager who told me they have dairy free cheese. Food is always delicious, staff great (especially the person I believe is the manager)!

Worst location for this chain by far. I constantly get overcooked chicken and soggy rice. This was my last time dining at the Sunset Hills location.
