Can Never get your order right, I always ask for double chicken on my bowl and they consistently have messed up the last 3 times and charged me for it. I even called the last order i placed to make sure, and low and behold they do an ordinary bowl. Will never use this location again, how lazy are the workers?

My 'go to' for lunch. I crave the thai bowl and the ceasar wrap. I stop whenever I'm nearby because I live about 45 minutes away.
By far my favorite STL location!Jeff and his staff day in and day out are always providing excellent customer service! Sometimes depending where I’m at it Metro-STL I’ll make it a priority to go to that location just because I know my order is going to be correct!

They're baaaaaack! If you're an OG cbw fan, you know I mean the black bean egg rolls! They were gone for years, and one of the best things on the menu. They're back again. Not *quite* the same... the beans are not the sticky mushed texture they used to be, but now whole, and it's kind of a cheese sauce instead of the shredded cheese that used to glue up in it so perfectly before- but!... don't get me wrong! I'm stoked they are here again. Salads were super fresh and scrumptious hand-breaded chicken pieces were the same as always (delicious). We also opted for the salt & lime edamame, which was nice and firm and not soggy. You can really get great healthy options here beyond the crispy chicken and BB Eggrolls... but they are sooo good. The fajita bowl is also a really delicious option.

Food was very bland. Ordered a Poke Bowl, not sure any sauce was used. Siracha served on the side had lost most of its flavor, tasted similar to ketchup.

A little less fresh and a little more expensive than we were hoping for. They give a side of tortilla chips which doesn't really make sense with many of the meals.

This location is amazing and so thoughtful! I came in this evening after I placed a pick up order online. There must have been a glitch (or I did not do it right ?) because when one of the managers/ line cook noticed that my order was missing he immediately helped me and rushed my new order! He had short side-parted hair with glasses- unfortunately, I did not catch his name but I will be sure to come back ? great employees! And this CBW is always clean.

Food was good. Nice. Polite service. Looked clean. However, the floors were sticky. Probably the cleaner they use. Definitely a healthy choice.
Fell victim of online ordering. Ordered online and picked my food up, upon receiving my food there was hardly any included in the bowl. I had at most half a cup of rice in a bowl that is usually well portioned. My bag also didn't include everything I ordered which further added to the poor experience. Very upset, use strong caution when ordering online from this location.

Meh. Their food makes my tummy hurt, and their poke bowl leaves muuuuuch to be desired.

My husband and I live in Sunset Hills and really want support local restaurants. We chose Crazy, Bowls and Wraps for a casual dinner. We were attracted to their healthy menu and ordered the Thai with Steak and Stir fry with chicken bowls. The vegetables were colorful but hard and tasteless, the meat was over cooked, even the rice was dried out and the sauce and flavor was no where to be found. The chips were bland too and came with an olive oil sauce that was rancid. We threw away our $26 meal and we’re left scratching our heads why this is such a popular place. Maybe the wraps are really good but I can’t recommend the bowls! We wish them well!
