I enjoy the food here but made the grave mistake of using the restroom first. It was absolutely disgusting, something was leaking out of walls, there were dead insects on the floor amongst other things I can’t even think about. Nothing worse than one of your favorite fast food places to be ruined by this.

I would advise to eat in instead of getting takeout if you choose to dine here. I ate in once and had take out twice and the two times I had to take out the portions were noticeably smaller and had literally about 10 to 12 chips and a quarter mini container of queso, of which you have to pay extra as an add-on to your meal. The Cesar wraps that I got taste okay but the chicken is very dry and often the lettuce is wilted. The one time I ate in it seemed a little fresher and portions a little larger but still very small for about $20 for one person.

My wife and I stopped in looking for a more healthy lunch choice. It was probably healthy, but it was more average as far as flavor goes. The chicken, which was breaded as I was cheating lol, was not the greatest. Lots of lettuce, which we realize is less expensive than other vegetables.
Had the crab rangoon which was decent. The sweet and sour sauce was below average imo.
At almost $33 without drinks is a tad bit high for my liking. Overall, we will most likely not be going back. For a healthy choice only, I give it a 6/10. Tops. -MVP

Food is always fresh and staff friendly. Poke and Mediterranean bowls are the go to. I can drink the jalapeño cilantro salsa. The teas are always great.

I ordered at the wrong location and the manager was so kind in helping me solve the issue in a quick, painless manner. We get takeout from the Tesson location weekly and love it every time! Thank you Tesson CBW for making our weeknight ritual delicious!

Chicken was too dry. These ingredients are too chunky and dry to make it into a wrap. Food pieces were hard to chew. Chicken taste like water. I chocked on a piece of broccoli because it was too big to chew. I have mouth sores from this food and it’s horrible. Over priced and nasty is diabolical in the food industry. You guys should change up the entire menu. If you’re picky this is not the place for you

The food we ordered was technically made correctly I guess, it was just awful. Very poorly seasoned (aka no seasoning) and just tasted terrible and not fresh. No idea how this place is so popular. The lobster Rangoon were hard, but they were the best tasting thing we got. Really annoyed I paid $50 for 2 bowls and we can’t even finish them because they taste so bad.
