I hadn't been here before but because I have some dietary restrictions, and it advertises healthy!, I thought I'd give it a try. The cashier did NOT ask me why type of rice, which I heard him do to the woman behind me, and this my lettuce wrap came with rice. The food was flavorless and small for the price. I ordered the traditional wrap in a lettuce wrap with grilled chicken. If there was 4 oz of chicken, I'd be surprised. I also ordered a side of broccoli that was so soggy, I couldn't stab it with my fork. I gave it three stars for my error to say no rice, even though that menu item didn't say rice, and that the overall concept is nice. But for a "healthy" place, they may want to offer more healthy choices that aren't just grains.

It probably would have been another star except they didn't get my order right. I have never been to this place before as this doesn't exist where I live in the northeast. I did keep walking by it since my hotel was down the street & was my route to the train. What I actually wanted was the quinoa salad but I ended up w/ something else that had white rice in it. I didn't understand that but didn't want to make a big stink about it. As long as it was vegetarian I was ok w/ eating it. I mean why waste food. The guy who took my order brought it over to me & was super nice, thanks Brian. So yeah it was a good meal but would have preferred the item I really wanted. So glad to have so many veg*n options though as that is the best part of this place.

Spacious, clean, great service, and delic food. What more could you want?! I even got creative with my order (salad as a wrap) and they created no problem. Also, I ordered the wrong salad and they fixed it. Smart. Love Crazy Bowls! Only thing not great is parking downtown, but lots close by for $1/30 min.

Did not love, or even really like. Not my kind of place, although I could see the appeal for some. Menu options were all the same type of food - choices with rice/quinoa base, plus a protein. Not great, but on the plus side, prices were reasonable. Also, service was slow, despite the fact that I was one of two customers in the restaurant at the time. I would not return.
Loved it! Had the Santa Fe salad with crispy chicken and the egg roll. Delicious! Wish they had this where I live (central California).

Came here today on my lunch break and ordered a buffalo wrap with rice. Got back to my office and my wrap had no rice in it. The rice pretty much makes the wrap, so it was pretty disappointing. Most likely won't be going back.
