Croc's Sports Bar

This place is horribly depressing. There are apartments all around this bar and it feels like the customers are all residents of those apartments.
The layout of the place is terrible. There are arcade machines too close to the entrance which makes getting in and out of the place a chore if they are being used.
The bar is elevated, so if you want a drink you have to squeeze into a small space to get to the bar.
I have had 2 bad experiences here and will not be returning.

I always paid my tab for years… I don’t not care who you are …you don’t talk to customers in a rude way ….… Jackie always have been rude to for years and accused me of not paying well go look at the camera and see I paid with cash … things need to change just bc you work a double just not give you a right to talk to someone

This looked like a nice place. We came in from the restaurant next door it 10 min. For a bartender to even appear, then when she did she was the rudest person I have ever felt with in customer service. Then calling and talking to the manager she was like I've never had that problem before with that bartender.

Definitely not a GAY friendly bar. regulars run everyone out. I didn't know in the year 2023 that there would still be places like this that go against LGBTQ+ MEMBERS. Don't recommend. NOT GAY FRIENDLY

False advertising. I was looking for croc shoes. Very highly disappointed.

My husband and I ate lunch here. He got a burger which was fine. I got a pasta dish which was swimming in what I would call more a gravy than a sauce. I could eat it but would not order it again. Food was okay but not great. The thing that upset me is they charged us more for our food than what was listed on the menu. I was charged an additional dollar for getting sweet potato fries but I didn’t realize there would be an additional charge because the menu doesn’t tell you that until after it lists like four different sides first. Well I didn’t read the entire list of sides because I stopped reading when I found the side I wanted and the waiter did not point it out like most servers in restaurants do when there is an additional charge for something. My husband was charged an additional 15 cents for onions that came with the burger. The waiter said “I don’t know why it did that.” We were also not asked if we were paying cash or credit. He just assumed we were paying by credit card and up charged us for that. All in all it was about $2.50 additional in charged that we should not have been charged which is not like a million dollars but still. It’s the principal of the thing. We were just visiting the area but I would not eat here again.
