I come in regularly as a Dasher. While I respect the fact they were busy the fact that was literally ignored until they gave me my order made me feel unappreciated.

Approximately 4 months ago I ordered cookies and when I got home my daughter’s cookie had a piece of metal in it. I called the store and they said there was a machine that they had a problem with and were sorry this had happened and the owners were contacted. After that nothing, no calls from the owner, no apologies just silence. This is a bad business practice and a bad imagine for Crumbl Cookie. What would have happen if a tooth was chipped or braces were broke. I’m sure I’ll get the generic message telling to contact Crumbl so I’m not expecting much. All I wanted was an apology since the worker admitted fault.

It's amazing and the Cookies are delicious I really liked the tres leches I really recommend it❤️
