Was excited to try the limited Tres Leches Cake and was very disappointed of not only the cake but the service as well. I drove 20+ minutes for me not to have the experience I was hoping for. The first cake that I purchased earlier today for myself was what I expected it to be especially since I had heard great responses about the cake. It was so good I raved about the cake so much before leaving the parking lot I walked back into the store to purchase a 4-pack for my family to experience what I had just experienced. I made it home to my family for them to taste the cake, and to my surprise they taste the cake and said that it was super dry and not tasteful at all. We proceeded to cut into the other cakes to find that they were all dry and not soaked in Tres Leches sauce as described on the website. I called this location and voiced my concern about the quality that was provided to me and was presented with a tone of annoyance by the manager to come back and replace the cakes. I arrived at this location this evening and spoke with the manager Rachel whom also seemed to be very dismissive when I explained to her the situation that had occurred. I even brought the cakes back, to back up my concerns about the poor quality of the cakes. Rachel spoke aggressively while turning to walk away “ I don’t need to see that”. Rachel nor the first manager I spoke with over the phone never apologized about my inconvenience of this situation. Moving forward I will never patronize this location again and hope that this constructive criticism be taken seriously.
Really nothing bad to say it was nothing but a positive experience. Only negative thing is the calories but that's to be expected with cookies.
