The staff member taking our order was extremely rude. This is the first bad review I’ve ever written of a place but we were treated very bad for no reason. The drinks were fantastic, just wish the experience hadn’t been tarnished. Would consider trying again, hopefully next time the whole experience will be better.

If I could I’d give no stars, but I Ordered a strawberry peach oolong tea and it was so gross. Tasted just like tea and nothing else. They refused to refund or change the drink at all. Do not go there!! I was a regular and now I won’t be back.

It is a cute place. There are kiosks to order. Service is extremely fast given how busy they are. Lots of option and they are good. You just have to try til you find your favorites.

cube tea is super adorable! the place has great decor, cute packaging and fantastic drinks - this shop is reminiscent of popular boba shops in asia.
we ordered a fruit tea and crème brulee brown sugar milk tea, and we liked our drinks a lot.
the ambience is pretty great with outlets by all the seats. it was constantly crowded when we went on a sunday evening, and it was full of chinese international students (so you know the place is authentic and approved!)

I ordered and waited for 30 minutes and I see people who order after me all gone. I finally stand up and ask. They never print my order out. No apologize at all

This is the second time I have ordered and my drink was missing an item. Tonight they forgot the coffee jelly (that I paid for and was on the label). The first time they forgot a cheese tea topping. When I went in to fix the issue the first time, they they took the original drink, opened it up, put their hand in the drink to take some out, and added the cheese tea topping. We ended up just reordering the drink fresh because we were not comfortable drinking it after seeing the worker put her hand in the drink. I used to be a loyal customer here, but they have gone down hill with customer service.

Our family actually drives 25 minutes to get our bubble tea here. They use real fruit and real fruit juices! A lot of the other places use the fake flavoring, some of which are so bad even my kids won’t drink it. Cube Tea Studio is worth the drive, worth the cost, and more than worth the wait, if there is one.
