This place just might have the best custard I've ever had. I moved to STL 3 years ago and I still haven't been to Ted Drewes or Mister Wizards, so that could easily change based upon what I've heard, but still.
I've been coming here for 20 years. A great frozen custard spot tucked away in Rock Hill area and with convenient hours. Open all year. Lots of creative options on the menu including the Malibu Mocha.
Oddly located in a bank. Nice to have it. Front area is HOT as blazes. Facing sun. Bad overhang. Some Chairs up front with umbrellas. Always feels hot. They need awnings. And more staff. Friendly. But no fans, no music on speakers. 1/10th as good as Ted Drewes. But 10 miles west. A small, even 8 seat inside A/C area could do wonders here. Or a few fans. Or a flat area to sit / stand. HOT today, probably better when 75°. Bank sign is strange!!! Looks like a bank, so people drive...
