I pondered on whether I should write a review or not but the more I thought about it, the more Frustrated I became, I called on several occasions trying to place a to go order. This establishment refuses to answer the phone. If you go to the place and order you will be waiting for approx. 1/2 2 hours to receive food. DO NOT WASTE your time to support an Establishment who cant even see the need to answer phones/communicate with potential customer KEEP it MOVING!! - I approve This Message!!!!

My food is hot. It is plenty for actually three people. I ordered it for myself. I have extra sauce for my pasta, extra dressing for my salad, parmesan packets, red pepper packets. My pasta wasnt dry. The seasoning is amazing. This food exudes my expectations. I will order again and tell everyone I know about this establishment. Kudos to the chief!

The entire experience I had with the business was horrible. Wasn’t able to reach them on the phone at all. From the moment I stepped into the establishment it smelled like old greese. I spoke to someone at the window asking how long it would take for two things to be prepared, the shrimp Alfredo and a turkey burger w/ fries. They stated the restaurant is no longer serving the Alfredo but the turkey burger should be 40 minutes. I placed my order online and got a confirmation email sent. I went home in the cold and rain and came to pick up my order at the scheduled time. When I came in to talk to a different person at the window they said they didn’t have an order for me. I told them it was an online order. He proceeded to tell me my order was canceled which was weird because I didn’t receive a confirmation email. He informed the owner or chef and they canclled it on the spot after 40 minutes of me waiting for food and didnt attempt to rectify the situation other than the refund which is nothing when you’re hungry. Poor business management all around. Definitely needs to get better systems in place and more staff.

This was my first time trying cuzo's and baby when I say it was sooo 🔥🔥🔥 I only waited 20 mins it was most definitely worth the price and I will be bck for more everything was season just right they did not disappoint

Tired of ordering my food you have on the receipt what I ordered get home and something missing and I paid my hard earned money for it if I come in there and steal something you will be on me but you can get away with getting free money out of me I promise that will get very old with me and I will show what I'm capable of please keep on thinking the good is weak and to get over on I'm human too I will snap and won't feel no remorse

The wait is crazy I ordered food at 2:00 it took over 3 hours to get it.
I ordered my food so long ago I’m dozing off in my car. I’ve been waiting almost 2 hours now for one order of pasta . I’m frightened because outside is treacherous. I’m never gonna get my food apparently .

You will wait here for years before you get your food and the area is not some where you want to wait for hours people walking up to your car I canceled my order an headed to @Jmarie Gumbo HouseThe area is not suitable for prolonged waiting periods, as people frequently approach vehicles and engage in argumentative behavior the inside is not suitable for waiting as they are inside as well making new customers very uncomfortable

The food and service is great the pasta comes with a sauce !!! The toast could be toasted. But they have a great atmosphere in their little spot at the location. I really enjoy their food and hope the money I spend with them goes towards them getting in a new location. ?
