I'm a picker eater because I have stomach disease..I can eat & tolerate their food well..but sadly in 2 years time the prices have more than doubled..I always order the same thing for the past few years ..I understand everything's a bit higher..but more than double & the last 3 times my order hasn't been right... đ

We waited 10 minutes to be waited on and then another 40 to actually get our luke-warm food. Would not recommend. The server said it was because it was âbusyâ which I donât mind however what my partner and I didnât appreciate was the lack of communication. It would have been a different story if after 10 minutes and she came by and said âIâm so sorry the food is taking a whileâ and then explained the situation but she quite literally let us sit for so long until I finally pulled her away to ask if our food would be coming soon. The poor group of 7 or so ladies next to us waited for so long to even place their order.
We were also incorrectly charged on our account and when we called about it the woman said âit was probably just a 3% chargeâ when the extra amount was 20% above our original check amount so it did not make sense and no one informed us of this âchargeâ whenever we paid?? Again, I would not recommend this place.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction following a recent visit to your location on Hampton. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst dining experiences Iâve encountered, and I believe itâs important to share the details to ensure other guests donât face the same issues.
My table ordered two gyrosâone with chicken and one traditionalâwith fries, along with a whole Greek salad. After placing our order, we waited nearly an hour before receiving our food. Once it arrived, not only was it cold, but there were several issues with our order.
1. Missing Tzatziki Sauce: There was no tzatziki sauce with our gyros, and our server hadnât mentioned this when we placed our order. When I went up to the counter to ask, I was told, âwe are out of it.â This should have been communicated upfront; I wouldnât have ordered a gyro without tzatziki sauce. 2. Greek Salad Quality: The salad came out after the gyros, was not tossed, and appeared to contain old lettuce (please see the attached picture). It seemed like this could have easily been brought out earlier, especially given how long we waited. 3. Service Issues: Communication from our server was lacking. We didnât receive any check-ins after our food arrived, nor did we receive updates on the delays. Additionally, I noticed another party of seven, who arrived around the same time as we did, was also neglected. One of the guests in that party had to approach the counter to get their order taken after waiting over 40 minutes.
Given these circumstances, I am truly disappointed with both the food quality and the service. I hope this feedback can help improve the experience for future guests, as Dadoâs Cafe has the potential to be a fantastic place.

Staff is always super friendly and the restaurant is very nice. I recommend the gyro, pizza, onion rings, and any of their soups. BTW, try the gyro pizza. It's basically a giant open face gyro sandwich and is delicious.
