For whatever reason, this location will not open its lobby so it often has a long slow moving, the youth that work here aren't too friendly and lack good customer service

The customer service and attitudes at this family owned business leaves a lot to be desired to say the least. Lobby closed, no response at the walk-up window but the sign does say its not a priority but drive thru was the best option. The lady in drive thru had a nasty response to everything without provocation. Won't return and you should proceed with caution.

This place is a hit or miss they food be old sometimes and customers is rude 80% of the time.

I went to the drive-thru so I can't rate atmosphere The young lady at the drive-thru was very pleasant and service was awesome

If it's not cool to create a personalized blizzard adding extra things from the menu, then just say so. Don't say "Okay" then charge me extra and make a regular blizzard without the added things. I've been charged for this and given a basic blizzard 10 times now and it's getting severely old. Please God just get it right!!!!!!!!
Or just say no, we can't do that.

Just left ordered a small new York cheesecake blizzard NO STRAWBERRIES extra Graham cracker. Got my blizzard and they did not put the cheesecake in it but wanted to charge extra for Graham crackers and didnt give me my receipt

Wanted to take my son here for his birthday today but lobby closed smh only drive thru(need a car) or online(need a credit card) to order food ?

There is no dining option. It's walk up or drive through. Like I want to eat my ice cream sitting in my car or the curb.

Yeah, it's almost $8 to get a large Blizzard with extra toppings... what can I say? It's a treat, you aren't supposed to do it every day. These kids work damn hard and get it right now than they don't.

They don't pay attention there I got two males left missing my one drink and my fries in the supervisor he was of no help really not a nice person at all that's my experience, pursue with caution.
