This place is a hit or miss they food be old sometimes and customers is rude 80% of the time.

I went to the drive-thru so I can't rate atmosphere The young lady at the drive-thru was very pleasant and service was awesome

If it's not cool to create a personalized blizzard adding extra things from the menu, then just say so. Don't say "Okay" then charge me extra and make a regular blizzard without the added things. I've been charged for this and given a basic blizzard 10 times now and it's getting severely old. Please God just get it right!!!!!!!!
Or just say no, we can't do that.

Just left ordered a small new York cheesecake blizzard NO STRAWBERRIES extra Graham cracker. Got my blizzard and they did not put the cheesecake in it but wanted to charge extra for Graham crackers and didnt give me my receipt

Wanted to take my son here for his birthday today but lobby closed smh only drive thru(need a car) or online(need a credit card) to order food ?

There is no dining option. It's walk up or drive through. Like I want to eat my ice cream sitting in my car or the curb.

Yeah, it's almost $8 to get a large Blizzard with extra toppings... what can I say? It's a treat, you aren't supposed to do it every day. These kids work damn hard and get it right now than they don't.

They don't pay attention there I got two males left missing my one drink and my fries in the supervisor he was of no help really not a nice person at all that's my experience, pursue with caution.

I went to the drive through window when it was raining so I got a little wet but the banana split was the bomb!

The food is pretty sloppily thrown together, the only thing they make correctly is ice cream honestly. The fries are old and cold, the Chicken Strips are cold and hard, the burgers are always missing ingredients or the lettuce is soggy and rotten. Just really bad food and a place that's gone down hill rapidly. You never get napkins or condiments, even when you ask? Don't go there except for the ice cream.

This family owned location is my fave but I was beyond disappointed after staying in the line for 15-20 minutes and repeating my order 3 times, it was still wrong. $8 deal with chs burger no ketchup with hot fudge with whole nuts. Burger indeed has ketchup and the sundae had chopped which I caught before leaving window. Whoever made the correction didn't put the top back on right which caused half of the sundae to be in the bottom of the bag. After dealing with a Lupus flare for several days and finally having an appetite I was so upset. I will definitely complete the survey as the team of girls were busy chatting which I am sure caused the confusion and lack of attention to the order
