Staff is extremely nice but the lattes are never hot. Service often slow. Today I ordered it extra hot and it still was not. I mentioned to the barista it was not extra hot but they said it was made to be extra hot. I have been here abt 20 times but I think this is my last. Sorry to say.

Ordered two Lox on a Bagel for $15 each. After ordering, we realized that they're "deconstructed". Ok, maybe the toppings are just on the side...
We were given plates with ALL of the ingredients on the side, cream cheese included (in a cup) + with a knife to spread it. My partner received a substantially larger serving of salmon. We could've gone to Trader Joe's and bought all of the ingredients for the same price as we paid for the two orders and made at least four of them with the same amount of effort.
I had also tipped, but I regretted it when I realized I had to put my entire meal together. They're way too expensive for what you're getting.
Coffee was ok.

important stuff: The coffee is good. The food is mediocre in my limited experience (tried a crepe once n a muffin another visit).
less important stuff: The service is very good. The interior is cute. Parking is super limited

This intimate, warm coffee place was such an amazing find! The quality of their coffee is top notch. They have so many ways to customize it. The workers are friendly and accommodating. I'm very pleased with this local coffee shop. Please support them!
Parking: There are a limited number of spots in front of the store, but you can park across the street and use the crosswalk or park next door by Ladue Pharmacy shops.

I love their lattes and protein balls! If you look at their online ordering website, you'll see a list of common combinations, but then they have seasonal flavors as well. I just asked about the pumkpin spice latte and the barista said they make their pumpkin syrup in-house. They also have a rewards program and it builds over time since I'm only able to come once every 2 - 3 months. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and cute gifts for purchase as well.
Parking: Their lot is very small, but you can park in the lot across the street and cross at the stoplight.

I don’t know why, but the coffee at this place tastes awful! Every time I have ordered a vanilla oat latte in the past, it has tasted more like dishwater with a slight essence of coffee. I might just be used to homemade iced coffee, but how on earth could that be?
Other than that, this place is excellent! The ambiance is cool and comfy, the employees are all super friendly, and they even sell silly gifts like books, toys, and candles for different occasions. I’ll usually just stop by just to get a large lemonade or bottle of water when it’s hot outside.
Dietary restrictions: Offers multiple dairy-free milk options for drinks.

FYI, if you don’t leave a tip they will let you know about it. My wife and I are very supportive of local businesses l. We are not from the area, and the young man was very rude at the front desk. The quality of the coffee and food was poor. I would be interested to see how long this place survives. How unfortunate.

Watched a barista take especially gentle care of an older gentleman (who appeared to be a regular) this morning. Took his order at his table, served him like a full-service restaurant. Stopped and took an interest in him, asking about his day, the book he was reading, etc. Kudos for offering him and the many others in the shop a bit of community this morning.
