I recently visited this bakery while passing through Missouri, drawn by the positive reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The bread lacked flavor, and the empanadas were excessively gooey with undercooked dough. Regrettably, my children fell ill the following morning after consuming them.
Additionally, I found your prices to be quite high compared to other local panaderías. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend your establishment.

We hired Diana's for our wedding cake (strawberry tres leches) and were very happy with the results. We got a massive sheet cake that was supposed to feed around 60 people, and a smaller more decorated cake for cutting and photos. They had a lot of cake examples at their store to help us select a design we liked and let us custom order cake decorations (butterflies) to fit our theme. The cake was delicious and our guests loved the deviation from a traditional wedding cake (as did our bank account). With 75 guests the sheet cake was plenty and the leftovers remained delicious over the following week. We paid a small fee to have the cake delivered directly to the wedding and it arrived on time and in good condition. We could not be happier with Diana's Bakery.
