Some years they are in short supply because demand is so high, so I recommend calling before you get them. They only a have a few days shelf life, so you don't want to get them too early if they are for a special day.
Visited the floral department at the Tesson Ferry location this past Tuesday. The floral manager was at the counter. I said I was doing a surprise scavenger hunt for my kids and had three small pieces of paper I wanted to place inside the balloons prior to inflating. She rudely looked at me and snapped that they didn’t do that at that location. She went on to say that the balloon openings were too small and it could not be done. I asked if I could try and she said no. It can’t be done. She was so rude about it. So I bought 3 balloons, went home, put the paper in with no trouble, and inflated the balloons myself. Wish I could have presented them floating and in the air, but no such luck. I’ll never visit your floral department again. This lack of service, especially from a manager, was so unexpected.
Had a cake and flower order for an office celebration and with the coronavirus pandemic, their hours had changed. The very kind people at the door of this Dierbergs were able to go in and get my cake and flowers. Otherwise, I wouldn’t have made it to work on time and or not been able to deliver on the surprise. Just wanted to say thank you!!!

I’ve gone in This store many times in the mornings before work for a cookie cake or last minute items and they are always a wonderful help.

Miss this amazing grocery store.
Not bad for a typical bakery. Doughnuts are much larger in size to that of doughnut chain stores. Cakes are pretty decent too.

I wish that pharmacy was an option on why I love Dierbergs! The pharmacy staff (shout out to SouthRoads!) goes above and beyond to take care of their patients. They take time to speak with you whether in person or on the phone and then follow up too! I wanted to transfer a rx into the pharmacy, I knew it was out of refills and asked if they prefer me to call the doctor for a new one, but they said no, they would take care all of it and they did! The tech was busy on the phone when I came to pick up my rx's and the pharmacist came up and rang me out. I don't see that kind of service at the "big box" chains!
Tip: If you're the manager and someone just bought $30 worth of food, don't make rude comments about their appearance.I had just finished checking out when the manager came up to me and said, in a very rude tone, "Umm... what's up with your hair?" I explained to him that I dye it purple for fun. He continued being rude about it after that. A nice, "Cool hair, why do you dye it?" or simply minding his own business would have sufficed.
I do not normally attend this place.
