Ordered a graduation cake. All was great with the cake. It was delicious. However I wanted the lettering on the cake to be a different color and I tried to let the bakery know through email and phone calls, but I was never able to communicate that. We were still pleased with the cake and would recommend.
I did contact Dierbergs customer support after and that person was very helpful.
