We were at (i think) Register 14 with Jelena and she was so sweet! She was really easy to talk to, and even told us our tomato was bad so we didn't eat a bad one. :) Will definitely go back! :)

Terrible experience . Employees have no manners and have horrible attitude. They treat customers with no respect.

Thanksgiving Turkey Dinner was fantastic. Expected it would be good but it exceeded my expectations. Have not had better made from scratch at home. Recommend the praline pecan sweet potato casserole and the smoked gouda au gratin potatoes. Turkey breast could not be beat and easy to cut. Honey butter was a thoughtful addition. Employees had efficient system to handle meal-order system. Very thankful for this offering at the holiday!! Love, love, love this store on Telegraph Rd.

Normally I would give Dierbergs 5 stars But for the last few months, the quality of the produce has gone way down hill. I can no longer get edible celery, two weeks ago the cherries we bought were inedible, and today I pulled five rotten potatoes out of the way to try and get two decent ones. When I got home and cut the end, it was rotten halfway through.

Not like it used to be but what is anymore? Much fewer personalized check out lines as they try to have you scan your own groceries so they don't have to staff as many employees. Products displayed throughout many aisles which makes it inconvenient when it's crowded with other carts. It appears to me a little out of town competition would be beneficial for the consumer in our area in South County.

Very disappointed with the customer service today. Our checkout lady lacked any kind of welcoming or friendliness, and treated my friend very differently than the old white man in line behind us. She literally bagged our items and was throwing them down on the thing when she was done. Never said hi, how you doing. Nothing. As soon as it was the gentleman’s turn, the smile came on and she gave him a warm welcome. It’s 2021, I expect better from my community. We just moved down the street, and I was excited (as weird as it sounds) to live so close to a dierbergs. I guess we will just have to settle with Schnucks for a while until I decide to try again.

Very disappointed in the thanksgiving turkey dinner we purchased. The dressing had carrots in it and way to much sage. The turkey was cut in chunks and tasted like pressed meat. The sweet potatoes and mashed potatoes were good. I would not order this again. We ordered 3 individual dinners and will not do so again. Very suprised as Dierbergs usually has tasty prepared foods.

Literally saw 3 people today at Dierbergs in Oakville not wearing a mask and that was only in the section I was in, i did see that everyone else I saw had them on as I walked to check out. I asked a manager if they were enforcing the new law and they said they don’t check them at the door but Once they see them at the register they tell them??? Seconds later I saw one of the entitled selfish non mask wearing people checking out, I called the store mgr who was very nice but sa

They are trying hard under the difficult circumstances but the managers and customer service counter lady were quite rude. I know the Coronavirus is effecting everyone but they seem to be almost using it as an excuse to be rude and unhelpful. Also if your going to advertise your hours as 8-10 but then turn people away at 8 only letting seniors in then you should say “open 9am-10pm” I understand seniors are vulnerable and it’s a nice thing to do, but why not dedicate EARLY hours (from 7 to 8) to them??

I called in to talk to the supervisor because the woman checking me out was extremely rude for no reason. I wasn’t trying to get her in trouble, I just wanted to say that maybe that isn’t the right position for her. I barely had the words out of my mouth, before the supervisor was screaming at me asking if I had any idea what they were going through and really was I going to complain?!? I replied back, seriously lady, we are all going through it, not just you. Then - she hung up on me!!!! Not only is that insanely unprofessional but for a supervisor to do, is so horrible! I will be calling corporate Monday, the GM tomorrow and letting as many people on social know what a horrible experience I had at this Dierbergs!

Unfortunately their remodeled store leaves a lot to be desired. It is apparent that it was designed to eliminate employee positions. Dierberg's was always my go to store sonce moving to Oakville 15 years ago. This was due to the customer service. Saturday I went to Dierberg's to due my grocery shopping. I checked out at the self service area (Which has increased in number apparently to eliminate cashiers positions). After checking out with my 25 items I wanted to cash in a winning scratchers ticket which was conveniently purchased from their self service lottery ticket machine. Here is the rub. There is no customer service counter. I looked at the 2 express cashiers in the area with "Customer Service" signage. I asked the cashier who was at the self service checkout area where do I go to cash in my lottery ticket. She said you have to get in the express lane line and inform the cashier when you get to her. There were 6 people in the line to deal with these 2 cashiers so I left. What happens if people want to conduct Customer Service business (i.e. pay bills, money orders etc)? Now the people waiting to cgeck out are delayed while this business is conducted. I rekalize is not the employee's fault. I realize it is not Management's fault. I realize the remodeling decisions are a corporate decision. Unfortunately Dierbergs has really fallen short in this regard to maintain the customer service that its customers have come to expect from Dierbergs

I ordered a fresh turkey on Nov.11th to be spatchcocked (split) and picked up 2 weeks later on Nov. 26th around 4pm. Excited to finally be picking up the turkey . . . I gave my name to Brad (who was the only one there) at the Meat dept. and he was happy to oblige. Five minutes later, he is still frantically looking for my turkey with that worried, disappointing look we all get when someone on your team has dropped the ball! My bird was not there! Somehow he was able to find another one and he had to cut it himself and kindly asked me to be patient while he took care of my order. Not only was he so apologetic for what had happened, he was quick and eager to resolve this issue! He came through for the Dierbergs Meat dept. on Telegraph and for me. I, in returned deeply expressed my appreciation for his time and helpfulness . . . thanks again Brad . . . . Happy Thanksgiving brother!!
