We absolutely loved our visit to the Saint Louis zoo! We pretty much plan the local zoos into all of our vacations and this one is by far our favorite! The enclosures were so clean and all of the animals seemed very happy and very well cared for! The reptile house (always our favorite part of any zoo) was AMAZING! So much to see!
Shoutout to our train conductor, Danny! He seems to really love his job and enjoys talking to zoo guests! He knows the zoo inside and out! By far the friendliest person we encountered during our whole trip!

This is by far the best zoo we’ve ever been to. I took my 3 young children. We spent just shy of 6 hours there and only made it through 3 of the 5 main sections. The animals look so healthy and happy! Other zoos have lethargic animals lying in their own filth. If you have the opportunity to visit the St Louis Zoo - do it!
