I was going to write this in hopes that no one else would have the same problems we had! Now I wish I would've read the reviews before placing my order! 🤦♀️ We ordered 1 medium pizza and 2 desserts at 9pm ..... 2 hours later still no food. I contact the store food is on its way - no kidding your tracker has been telling me that for the last 30 minutes. Finally 2 hours to the minute food arrives. I get with everything going on in this crazy world lots of places are shorthanded...read full review

I travelled into St Louis from out of town with my family. Our plan was to use the new Hot Spot feature to have our lunch delivered to Gateway park before moving on to our next stop.
I ordered online at about 11AM and the expected delivery time was 11:35.
