I'M SO OVER IT WITH THIS STORE LOCATION! Ordered at 8:32pm, it's now 10:39pm. No one delivered and no one is answering the phone but my card has been charged! I'm calling the hotline and contacting headquarters in the morning. The most descent thing to have done, were to send a text or email letting me know that my order would not be delivered! This is false advertisement as well and this is fraud to charge someone's card under false pretense for a service.

Pizza was cold I ordered pepperoni, onion, green pepper and mushrooms. There were barely any toppings and NO mushrooms. $31 for this piece if crap pizza. Never order from here. Alot of bad reviews. Someone should close this store down. I am going to write the corporate office.

well online it says this store location closes at one but then when I called the store for a canceled order I was told that they stop taking orders 15 minutes before they close but when I originally made the order it was at 11:15 well before 12, so it's pretty frustrating when you don't get even a call saying why it was canceled and you just happen to look at your app and it's canceled and they close.

Had an online order, took 1.5 hours. To be expected on a Sunday night with only one driver. They did forget my Ranch tho :(. Pizza however tasted fresh despite being late. Thanks again y’all keep up the hard work.

This location is not even 2 miles (1.5 miles) away from where I live but yet they don't deliver to me...that is bad business and they NEED to expand their delivery range if they can't even drive 1.5 miles from the store to deliver food to someone

Honestly with all these bad comments and low star ratings you’d think this location would close down?….anyways unfortunately I’m here to add to the disappointment and harsh truth. Wait times are usually over an hour, food is either not fully cooked or you get the wrong thing most times, it’s rare to get the order you ordered as it’s supposed to be. I still remember the time when I called and said that it said that my order was delivered and they told me the driver supposedly dropped it off somewhere somehow??. Now mind you the apartment I stay at, all food deliveries are to be written down on a paper at the counter and there’s a receptionist at the desk all day, so no documentation written down of a dominoes delivery and the guy that was working that night said that no orders had came, I had eventually talked to a supposed manager who tried to tell me how she’s been delivering where I lived for blah blah amount of years and how this is and that works, now also mind you I’ve been at this location for 2+ years now! How you gonna tell me how stuff work where I live madam ??anyway moral of the story, it’s a 50/50 chance with this place on a good day, on a bad day 30/70. Do better!

This piece of crap of a store gets no stars from me if I had an option. I made a purchase and when the driver arrive, he called and asked for clarification for the apartment. I stated I'm sick and the children would come out to meet him. He then stated he would leave my food on a neighbor car across the street. I stated that's unsanitary. He stated that he would leave it on another vehicle belonging to another neighbor. I questioned that statement and made a very rude statement using profanity.
I then disconnected the call. I called the store to speak with the manager. I explained the same thing to her. She stated that they cant deliver in alleways, back of buildings etc. That info is not listed on the website and I gave the address clearly. She asked do I know what neighborhood that I live in?
I asked for the corporate managers information and she hung up in my face. I've lived over in this neighborhood for 16 years. I've stopped patronizing this location for years because of it's unprofessionalism and rude behaviors of the staff. Also, due to previous condiditions of the space. I finally decide to give them a try again and this is what I receive.
I even called the number back and to see if we were disconnected by accident. Someone picked up the phone and without saying anything placed me on hold without saying. There is no mention of my funds being refunded or anything. This is so unprofessional. I see why the driver was foolish in his actions, the manager doesn't set the bar high at all with her own actions.

I was in a hotel 3 blocks from this dominoes, tried placing an online order, it would not accept that, so I had to call the store and make the order over the phone, gave my debit card number and info and the order never showed up at my hotel room, which was I was asked which room i was in and no nothing ever came, I went to the front desk and nothing ever came there but I called the number back that I placed the order at and it said that according to my phone number that the order had been delivered and it had not. And I can not get ahold of anybody in customer service or anybody at the store to try to get my money back, nobody's responding to me.
