The food is always just average for a dominos but the wait time for a delivery has been over an hour even though the website says 25-35 minutes. While I understand they may be short on drivers, I do think there needs to be a way for each store to indicate it so that the customer can decide whether or not they are willing to wait the actual amount of time it would take. If I had known it was going to take over an hour I would have ordered from another dominos, or from another restaurants entirely.

Ordered a very simple order almost 2 hours ago. I have called politely a few times to check in on where my pizzas are. The team has answered a few calls, but they have hung up on me 3 times in a row as I try to figure out where the pizzas are. I have 5 kids who are hungry, and was told an hour ago it’d be soon. Cannot recommend you risk it with this location.

Tried to force me to cancel my order through Uber eats and charge me for cancellation
The pizza was really good but as I was eating and looking at a black thing on a slice of the pizza. Turns out it’s a freaking fly baked right into my pizza. I didn’t even want dominos my family did so I went with it! Words can’t explain how angry I am!!!

It doesn't even deserve a rating. After a long flight got to the hotel ordered my pizza so excited and finally going to feed the kids and go to bed.... Oh no we're not it's Domino's never freaking showed up cuz they're freaking horrible. Bad company bad service always no matter what location you're at anywhere in America Domino's is no bueno. Total joke

Ordered 7 pizzas and sides for my kiddos 11th bday hotel party at the Hamilton inn we called and they gave us the run around over one pizza that was missing which was the sausage and pineapple (the birthday girls pizza) the employee had us on hold for 20-25mins TWICE waiting for the manger whom never made it to the phone on a Thursday early evening to fix the problem. We spent over 100 dollars, as expected to feed 5 very hungry preteens and 4 smaller children and 2 adults ALL OF WHOM ARE PICKY EATERS. When the pizza arrived the directions were to knock and instead they handed the pizza to the kids that were coming back to the room instead of the adult to double check the order and receive their tip! This is the worst location by far to get pizza and IM A LOCAL. The pizza had no sauce. My daughter and the other kids we have at her party said it was terrible. customer service skills weren’t any better because I feel they did not care and again the problem wasnt solved. Paid for something I didn’t get. Above all thx for messing up my kiddos bday dinner with friends

I ordered occasionally from this location over the past several years and never had an issue. My pizzas and sides were always hot and prepared to standard as with most Domino's I've visited over the years. When I first moved to Hyde Park, I was SHOCKED to see that they delivered to my address, but alas, I appreciated them very much for it! No problems whatsoever with the 10-or-so orders I placed.
