Our experience was great! We always enjoy dominoes, but this location is one of our favorites when we are in the area.

Order at 1hr old gets marked as delivered, it’s not, call the store, told it’s a glitch and to call back in 5min if not there, called back and the rudest most customer backwards person proceeds to argue with me on what I’m to do next if they aren’t here in another 10 min. She called her original peer “lazy for not checking but she actually checked and the drive is on the way”. Then, she didn’t like me asking what to do if it’s beyond another 10 min and cancelled my order even after I told her I guess I’d wait. I guess it’s what you expect from places these days but I’m over it.

By far the best Dominos in the St. Louis region. Management seems very friendly. Every time I come in I’ve been greeted and the employee’s remember my usual order. Not once have I been let down at this location!

There is a woman manager that is always friendly & doesn't seem to mind small talk. You can tell she's busy sometimes the way she's zooming around back there. There is a happy/chipper man, I believe his name is Joe, such a great fella, helped me with a question even though he seems to be on the go (delivery guy) People, please don't forget to tip your delivery person, especially when they arrive sooner than expected. A black gentlemen was also pretty friendly I should've asked for their names. Really enjoy this location.

No one working here appears to have any sort of initiative or any interest in helping the customer.

Domino’s app alerted order was ready for pickup, arrived and was told it hadn’t been started, not busy in there at all. Four people just standing around not working.

Watched 3 other people come in for their orders and were dismissively given the same news I received.

Food is fine, just can’t imagine service could possibly be any worse than what I witnessed this evening.

I found me a new Domino’s in St. Louis cause all the other ones is trash. This is the best location hands-down my food is perfect every time.I went here three times this week that’s how good it is and we love pizza so this is our go-to store, and I forgot to tell y’all everyone is very friendly. We don’t get that much friendliness in St. Louis. I’m loving it thank you guys for making me and my family smile.

Oh boy. Someone needs a corporate visit.

The 5'4" gentleman with dark stubble and a nose piercing is too slow to work the make line. See attached picture of the make line screen.

Whoever the fine gentleman is in the gray hat and gray shirt needs work to do. He stood watching for 5 minutes before wandering away. Put him to work, please.

Props to the older driver with the turtle sticker on the back of his car. He is working. Same for the nice lady working the oven while desperately trying to help the lazy or incapable make line.

Despite all of this, what really burns my crust is that they are neglecting the prefold of boxes. There is room. There is time. It takes 2 seconds with practice to fold a pizza box in advance. Struggling with them after they already have food on them is pointless.

I still love you, Domino's.

Great location. I have shopped at this Dominoes many times. I recommend doing call-in order or ordering online at ALL Dominos. I've always did call-in or ordered online and the pizza was always done at the estimated time that was given which was usually very fast!! Plus, their pizza are great too!!The only problem with this place may be their VERY VERY VERY small and compact parking lot which is VERY easy to pass up; especially at night time. Thus, drive slow both in their parking lot AND when APPROACHING this place! Because, it's VERY easy to miss their DRIVEWAY! If this place gets crowded, you might even encounter a situation where there may be no parking space and you may have to park elsewhere. This is the kind of place where you get your food and leave!
