I had the most unfortunate experience that could have been easily rectified by issuing a credit for the toppings that I paid additional for but did not get. After contacting the company when I got home Tuesday April 16th around 8pm and check the food I was advised at 11:21 am ON THURSDAY that I have 2 hours after pickup to return the item in its original box to the store it was originally purchased from for a remake. Worst pizza ever
Absolutely terrible! I tried calling a few times to place an order was out on hold and then I finally got to order online so I hung up. Placed my order at 7:46 (36-46 minutes for delivery) called to check on my order because they “quality checked” the order at 8:03 and they left the store by 8:28 and it is almost 9pm now still no food and when I was on the phone to ask where my food was they hung up on me!!
