This location always got something going on either short staff for deliveries or they be so tired of making pizza. This is my third time and last time ordering from here and after a hr later if they not calling me saying we don’t have a driver can u pick it up, no driver , or just cancel my order period… Very bad management and poor communication.. We ordered two 12” pizzas at 1:00PM and told it was going to be ready at 1:17. The delivery driver left at 1:19 and reached us at 1:45. Our address is 6 minutes away from this location.
One of our pizzas was dry, ridiculously small, extremely thin and appeared old compared to the second pizza. It wasn’t even hot. We called the store and asked to speak to the manager where the employee said “he’s on vacation” then hung up on us.
Zero customer service.

Delivery driver Charles was great and very nice but when I got my food I had cooked flys in my food not 1 pizza but both and I'm keep contacting the store but yet to hang up I just want a refund i will not be eating this update Thanks to the manager That help me with my issue he was nice gentleman I didn't get his name 💯

Pizza was disgusting. This young man almost did not give my pizza because it showed that I did not pay on his side. But, I showed him my phone which shows I payed dominoes $21. Smh

I was told my order wasn’t ready after I arrived from a 25 minute drive to dominoes but was told a few more minutes. I waited 15 more minutes then I went back to the drive through and sat another 15 minutes and when made it to the window I was told 30 more minutes. Service is TRASH at this location
The black girl in there was just so rude and disrespect she should not be in there working if you she has an attitude, For no reason it seems she was so mad because she was the only one working at the time. She rolled her eyes and shoved the pizza in my hand that was so unacceptable I will no longer be ordering from this Location ever again. If I was able to do negative stars i would've. Wow dominos this is who you hire. She honestly should no longer have a job, and if it was up to me she wouldn’t have one.

Just tried to order a pizza from dominos on West florissant here in St Louis Missouri.... It seems like it does Domino's if you place your order over $20 you got to prepay for it... It looks like I'll find someplace else order pizza from
