I Didn’t Purchase Anything From This Establishment Because As Soon As I Walked In The Door, Ugly Braids Yelled From The Back Of The Store To Turn Back Around Because The Lobby Was Closed & They Weren’t Taking Walk-ins And This Was Around 1pm In The Afternoon On A Monday. I Wasn’t Greeted & There Was No Apologies For The Inconvenience. Just Ugly Braids & Ugly Attitudes.

Tried to place an order for delivery. It was before 10pm, we had just arrived in the area after moving from the west coast. We were tired and wanted to eat pizza in bed. App said the place wasn't doing deliveries. Ok, I can understand that. But the place is open until 12am. Opt for pickup, no big, we just really wanted food and sleep. It accepts the order and then cancelled it after about 3 minutes. Says to call with questions. No one ever answered. Came here to read reviews and damn... Why does Domino's allow this spot to remain open? It's a waste of money since the employees obviously aren't working, and it is really giving them a bad name.

The last two years I’ve worked on the same street as this store, and they have the worst customer service. They’re lucky I like Domino’s so much. This is the second day in the last week I was left on hold for almost an hour. I hope this place gets shut

I paid for a pizza delivery at this location, waited 3 hours and they never delivered it. When I arrived there to ask about my order, the workers had the door locked and purposely ignored me as they listened to loud rap music. The delivery driver then came right before closing time with my pizza in the backseat, cold. When I asked, he offered it to me but It had been sitting in his backseat for 3 hours so of course I didn’t want it. They never contacted me to tell me what occurred, I had to drive there to get a refund. The manager didn’t really care.

Don’t even get me started on this place! Awful website! Awful customer service! Just AWFUL !!!!!! I will NEVER eat dominoes again. Yall have upset me for the last time! Terrible!

on saturday december. 16th., i was turning from the middle lane of traffic in front of dominos at 2500 no hwy 67. when a domino's delivery driver cut in front of me. almost hit me, turned in front of 2 vehicles in the opposite lane, causing them to slide and almost hit them. it was raining that day.i went into the store and asked for the manager. the driver was talking to the manager, so i asked him if he was driving the grey subaru with the dominos sign on it?. he said yes. i informed him he almost hit me. he answered , "is that why you came in here?" i said yes! he stepped to me and i stepped to him. he backed down and said ok. the manager said absolutely nothing!!i week before this aproximately one mile north of this address a good friend of mine was killed by a careless driver.i told the driver please slow down. i dont want to see you or anyone hurt or killeddominos should fire the manager and this driver before he kills someone. i left the store and conducted business next door and when i came outside the manager was looking at me with all of the hate in hell in his eyes!!! when i turned my truck to talk with him he went back into the store. is this how you want your brand represented dominos?. i finally heard from dominos st louis customer service. i was told the district manager would follow up. is delivering pizza more important than human life dominos?

I had to do a second review since the first one was too long. The note said to knock on side door and take the envelope full of money. I literally tipped 100% and Robert screamed at us for more. I called to ask why my orders keep getting cancelled Everytime I place them and I just get hung up on
