It shouldn't take 15 minutes to toss, sauce, and top a small pizza when you arent in the middle of a rush. If they were busy that would be one thing but 20+ minutes to carryout 1 small 1 topping pizza is ridiculous.
I ordered a double everything pepperoni, bacon, onion and cheese. Looks exactly like the regular order no double. Only saving grace is it was in 10 mins.
Wife's chicken bbq tastes off. Like ingredients have soured. Bbq sauce wasn't consistent.
Great and quick service
After almost 2 hrs and no delivery, I called the store and asked to just pick it up. The guy apologized and said they were gonna remake my order and if i could come pick it up it would really help. So I walk in and the manager, a small chunky female, says “we’re closed, the lobby is closed!” I explained why I was there and she didn’t say a word. Turned her back to me and ignored me. After another 15 minutes, she boxes up the last part of the order, brings them to the register and hands them to me. No, “sorry for the inconvenience,” no refund, no attempt to make her failure as a manager right. Nothing.
And to top it off, she still got to keep the tip I added for the delivery driver, 2 hrs prior. Worst experience ever at a Dominos.
May 2, 2025 Ordered pizza 7 PM said that we would receive our pizza in 30 to 40 minutes at 9 PM called to see why we haven’t received the pizza yet. I was told that they would have the pizza here in 30 minutes sorry for delay and we wouldn’t have to pay a delivery charge which would bring our pizza price down $5 then 45 minutes later the delivery guy showed up and said we owed full price he was told that we’ve been waiting almost 3 hours and that we were told we didn’t have to pay a Delivery fee he said pay it or send it back so it got sent back. I will never do business with this dominoes or any other dominoes. Terrible Service! I should’ve read the reviews before ordering. Lesson learned!
Staff is awful. Estimator said 45 minutes. It’s been almost 90 minutes now. Still no pizza.
Shame on me. I gave them another try and once again they failed.
Staff is friendly, but the food can be a bit inconsistent/hit or miss. There have been times when it’s been really good, and times where I’ve had issues with the food. Mostly it’s things like old dough being used, the crust being under proofed so it shrinks, or too much sauce. I think it really depends who works that day! Luckily they never skimp on toppings!
The did not get my order right nor did they help me with my order. Very very sad
I ordered from this location rather than our usual store. The online app said my order would be ready in 30 minutes, which was a putoff, but I went ahead with the order given my location at the time. I arrived at the 30 minute mark only to be told it would be another 15 to 20 minutes. This location is weak. I won't be back. Lesson learned!
Everytime i try to order from this location, it either takes hours to get made or doesn't get made at all. Store doesn't answer their phone.

Ordered food. Never got it. No one answered the phone and I called multiple times. This store sucks.

Ordered here all the time and the estimator was always right. 15, 20, 30 minutes, whatever it was, they were quick and the estimate was always spot-on.
I ordered last week, the estimate was 35-45 minutes. It went into the oven around the 70 minute mark but only after my wife went in and asked about it.
I gave them another chance this week. Estimate 25-35 minutes. Nothing happening on the tracker by the hour mark. Called and sat on an automated hold for 23 minutes. It finally went into the oven after 105 minutes.
I went to the store expecting a single person running around and trying to do everything by him/herself. There were at least 7 people in the store not counting delivery drivers. If you walked in and saw them working, you would never imagine that they are running 90 minutes behind. Honestly, wtf guys?
Ordered at 5:02 PM, got my order at 7:25 PM, roughly 30 minutes after it had been marked complete in the tracker
Go somewhere else
This place is a disgrace to pizza. I’m not sure how someone can mess this up so bad. It’s pathetic. Please close and reconsider your ability to cook an order.
I ordered my pizza at 5:30 PM this evening. It is now 7:09 PM and it’s still in prep. No one will answer the phone. Is there a way to cancel the order? I would do it if I could. Very disappointed!!!!
The worst pizza experience I’ve ever had. I’ve waited 2 and a half hours for delivery with no updates. Finally got through to the store and found out that they are severely understaffed and one guy was running the entire store. This review isn’t aimed towards the guy working extra to make all this food. It’s aimed towards the guy that owns the establishment and doesn’t know how to staff a store. Ridiculous. Do better.
