I ordered on the app for delivery but they had to cancel my order because they had no driver's but still took all my points so I called them they gave me a 15 dollar credit which was very nice but when I called today to use my credit the assistant manager was very rude told me that I was a lier would not listen to me talked over me told me he didn't have to help me and then hung up the phone it made me feel bad ruined my whole day it's very sad because I use them a lot and had spent so much money with them.... Very disappointed ?

After waiting 40 minutes I go in to check on my carryout and they inform me that they have not even started it. I cancelled....if you want your food anytime, do not order from this location.

Ok. It's time to reconsider Dominos. I have become a frequent flyer of the Domino's on Tesson Ferry. There is a trivia night a few doors down at Murphy's 21 on Tuesdays at 7:30. Murphy's is a local bar that does not serve food, but allows outside food. So, it's a perfect match. First, get the Domino's app. They have an excellent rewards program. You can earn a free pizza for every 6 pizzas. This is on top of the two or more items for $6.99 coupon that I use right off the app. No need to search for that email coupon. It's right there. My go-to pizza is the thin crust bacon and onion. They also offer toasted sandwiches! That is what we went with tonight. My fave is the Italian. It has pepperoni, ham, cheese, banana peppers and more served on toasted chibata bread. My daughter grabbed the chicken Parmesan. Also, delicious, but mine was better. The app has a tracker to tell you exactly when your order is ready. The Dominos team at this location are super nice and provide plates and napkins on request. Dominos is the unsuspecting weeknight delicious value winner!

Yes, this place can be a bit busy and you sometimes have to wait a long time for your order. BUT! The pizza is always fresh and super delicious. This particular Dominos location is the best I've been to. Also, very friendly workers :)
Ordered food online. Went to store and after 30 minutes they hadn't even started making the order. Went to Imos pizza across the street and got my order in 20 minutes. Manager wouldn't even talk to me. Said they were to busy. Didn't care if I cancelled the order.

Ordered online. Saturday 2/25/2023. 2 hours and no pizza. Ordered 1 large and a small side. Avoid this dump at all costs. Imos sucks but at least it arrives in less than 2 hours.Follow up. Make is zero stars. Tried again today 9/30/23. 30 minutes delivery = 1.5 hours. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. Avoid at all costs. This place is a disaster. A travesty. An abomination? Try uncle Leo’s. You’ll have to go. But it will be ready on time.

I’m sure this place isn’t bad all the time, but todays experience was garbage. I had ordered a pizza only to receive half of it with a box of cinnamon bread with the condiments already opened…the worst part in my opinion is I had also spoken with the staff members working prior to my order being completed. The manager herself hand delivered to me the boxes in the image. Then after finding out and going to address the issue, the manager would only play dumb and smirk at me, before deciding to remake the order. I decided to wait, while waiting I then notice the staff member not wearing gloves, grabbing my toppings with her bare hands. (I’d prefer a person wear gloves to grab the toppings) She turned out very helpful, much more than the manager. I’m sure it can’t be like this all the time but a bad first experience to one of my nearest dominos.
