I went to this store(4551 Telegraph Rd, St. Louis, MO 63129) on the evening of March 8th. I arrived to pick up my order, 10 minutes after they said it would be ready. The person at the window response was ahhhhhh it's still being prepared, it'll be another 15 minutes. Which means they forgot to make my order. I came back 15 minutes later and they asked me to pull back around because it's not ready yet. Then I waited another 10 minutes before I walked inside and asking for my order....read full review
Outstanding customer service. Highly recommend.
Great customer service! We ordered pizza last week and received a burnt cheese pizza. I contacted them and they offered to make it right, no charge. They were very nice and proactive about the issue.
