Used to avoid Domino's but gave this location a try after getting a gift card and I'm glad I did. The pizzas are definitely good for what you pay here, especially with all of the deals that are typically available. The service here is also always super friendly and quick as well.
The owner and management here are total garbage. I ordered a pizza for delivery on 4/19/25, the delivery driver apparently tried to deliver to the wrong address (the vacant house next door) I later got a cheery voicemail stating that the driver took the pizza back to the store and that was it...no mention of a refund or anything. I did notice in the app they marked the order as delivered as well. I tried to contact the store with no answer so I emailed corporate and they stated they would get a hold of the owner and it's been 10 days since..I haven't heard anything and have not received my money or points back so I started a dispute with my bank. This Domino's is poorly operated and staffed with scammers.
Two hours wait for a pizza is insane. This has happened multiple times.
Delivery
Took over an hour to “prep” my order, even longer to then get to me. No one answers the phone, it just plays ads on repeat. Got hung up on after 5 minutes of sitting through said ads.
Absolutely the worst! After ordering online with a delivery time of 35 minutes and not receiving our order after an hour, we checked the app and saw that the status of our order never moved past preparing. Placed a call and was hung up on after stating the name for the order. Called back and they let the phone ring. I can understand being short staffed or slammed with a rush but there are ways to do business and this is not it.
Consistently have to wait over an hour for delivery from this location. It’s not the best food either and I’m a Dominos fan. It’s worth driving over to the one on Lemay Ferry and avoiding this one at all costs.
I went to this store(4551 Telegraph Rd, St. Louis, MO 63129) on the evening of March 8th. I arrived to pick up my order, 10 minutes after they said it would be ready. The person at the window response was ahhhhhh it's still being prepared, it'll be another 15 minutes. Which means they forgot to make my order. I came back 15 minutes later and they asked me to pull back around because it's not ready yet. Then I waited another 10 minutes before I walked inside and asking for my order. It was over a hour from the time I put my order in until I got my pizzas. Pizzas that I picked it up myself. Not even as much as a sorry from the workers, their response was we're busy tonight. I think this is a highly unprofessional way to run a business.
Very frustrated the changes made to the menu. There are only 2 sandwiches, 4 pastas, no more chicken. Very sad. I will be going to Papa John's more often.
While short staffed, they managed to get everything done right. Give them grace. It took a little longer than expected, but that's because they got slammed and literally had one person working during the afternoon rush. If you've got people in the area looking for somewhere to work, they're hiring. My food was fresh. They ran out of Philly meat, but I received a call about it and everything was changed. I'm glad I didn't call to cancel because Emily was really nice and made sure my food was amazing. I've been eating it for a couple days. I ordered the unlimited toppings pizza, garlic knots with the dip, and some boneless wings. All of it was good, hot, and fresh. I'm glad I gave it a try in spite of the other reviews as of late.

Order a pizza waited for over an hour just to call again and be told it will be another 45 min wait. So unprofessional and so much for the text updates
I ordered delivery yesterday afternoon around 2pm from this location, and when I tell you Emily did her thing!!!! WOW! I swear, eating that perfection of a pizza must've felt like it did when the very first pizza was tasted by a human. 'Twas so beautiful, I nearly wept. I mean, I know Rome wasn't built in a day, but Emily's pizza sure made me feel like she could do it. Give her 12 hours and some pizza dough. There ya have it: ROME. Period. Full stop. Thanks Emily!!!
Literally the worst pizza I’ve ever had in the 40+ years of my life. The dog wouldn’t even eat that stuff. Not to mention you also get to wait over an hour for bad food. Stay away from this place
Never on time food is either wrong or cold 100% of the time
Order so where elae
I ordered from dominoes earlier this evening, and it was good and fresh! Even though the weather wasn’t the best ,my food was delivered in a timely fashion. Delivery driver was friendly too
