Delivery took almost 2 hours and items were missing. Pizza was way overcooked. No sauce and very little meat and cheese. Another time I ordered and paid only for them to wait over 2 hours and they cancelled the order and kept my money. Never again. Horrible horrible horrible.

Un real that this same store I continue to give a shot... burnt dried out pizza... and most amazing to me.. They must use a butter knife to cut their pizza.. Un real such a lazy effort.. I need to cut it again, every time..sharpen that thing or teach em hownto cut a pizza. Ok I'll wait another 4 months before I throw away 50 bucks again.

Awesome people and pizza!! The price of 1top large pizza carry out is only 7.99 !!! The best price in town. I’m alone and am able to get 2 meals for $4 each. Perfect for my budget. Thank you Robbie! Your store is the best Dominos

Ordered our 3 pizzas at 4:30 to pick up at 6:30. I went to pick them up and saw my name on the board they were ready for pickup. They told me several times they were coming. THEY NEVER MADE THEM! It was complete chaos in there. They had no idea what was going on. Other customers were waiting not knowing if their pizzas were coming out. Won't ever go back!

Way more sauce than usual . Way more than I would of liked
The chicken wings aren’t even chicken. It tasted so foul and the pizza tasted like straight oil or grease. Terrible. Accidentally called the wrong location letting them know their food was terrible.

Used to avoid Domino's but gave this location a try after getting a gift card and I'm glad I did. The pizzas are definitely good for what you pay here, especially with all of the deals that are typically available. The service here is also always super friendly and quick as well.
The owner and management here are total garbage. I ordered a pizza for delivery on 4/19/25, the delivery driver apparently tried to deliver to the wrong address (the vacant house next door) I later got a cheery voicemail stating that the driver took the pizza back to the store and that was it...no mention of a refund or anything. I did notice in the app they marked the order as delivered as well. I tried to contact the store with no answer so I emailed corporate and they stated they would get a hold of the owner and it's been 10 days since..I haven't heard anything and have not received my money or points back so I started a dispute with my bank. This Domino's is poorly operated and staffed with scammers.
Two hours wait for a pizza is insane. This has happened multiple times.

Delivery
Took over an hour to “prep” my order, even longer to then get to me. No one answers the phone, it just plays ads on repeat. Got hung up on after 5 minutes of sitting through said ads.
Absolutely the worst! After ordering online with a delivery time of 35 minutes and not receiving our order after an hour, we checked the app and saw that the status of our order never moved past preparing. Placed a call and was hung up on after stating the name for the order. Called back and they let the phone ring. I can understand being short staffed or slammed with a rush but there are ways to do business and this is not it.
Consistently have to wait over an hour for delivery from this location. It’s not the best food either and I’m a Dominos fan. It’s worth driving over to the one on Lemay Ferry and avoiding this one at all costs.
I went to this store(4551 Telegraph Rd, St. Louis, MO 63129) on the evening of March 8th. I arrived to pick up my order, 10 minutes after they said it would be ready. The person at the window response was ahhhhhh it's still being prepared, it'll be another 15 minutes. Which means they forgot to make my order. I came back 15 minutes later and they asked me to pull back around because it's not ready yet. Then I waited another 10 minutes before I walked inside and asking for my order. It was over a hour from the time I put my order in until I got my pizzas. Pizzas that I picked it up myself. Not even as much as a sorry from the workers, their response was we're busy tonight. I think this is a highly unprofessional way to run a business.
