I don't think I'll eat here again. I ordered a cheese pizza since I cannot eat meat due to religious and dietary reasons. I open my pizza box and there's a large chunk of pink meat in the box along with some brown meat on one of the slices. In my parmesan bites box there was what looked like some sort of plant stem or a leaf stem. There seemed to be no quality control. The same thing happened at the Papa John's on Telegraph. This is disappointing because I wasn't able to enjoy my meal and neither was my family. We also live in a large islamic community here in Saint Louis so it must be uncomfortable for all of them to order from places who can't quality control their food.

Was there late this past Saturday evening. Kid in there really knows how to make good pizza. Great service. Not sure who it is but he’s consistently there Saturday evenings. Only time I’ll go!

Terrible customer serviceOut of three orders in the past two months none have been complete.. I always politely call and tell the shift manager thinking they may want to improve service. Being a local business owner myself I understand personal problems and training, however I believe this is my last order with Dominos pizza!It is evident the manager has no interest in satisfying the customer as an owner of a company would, sign of the times I suppose.By the way… this is my first review of any company I deal withIt’s that Bad,You can tell they do not care!Corporate )Big disconnect from owner to store employees!Real shame.. but expected these daysIMOs Telegraph will have all of our pizza business from here on out..They still do business the right wayNever a problem

It said my food was gonna take like 40 minutes to get here so I took a shower and then heard banging and got scared thought I had a ghost or something and then I got out and realize they just delivered my pizza like 20 minutes earlier than the estimated delivery which was awesome!

they have ripped me off 6 times in the last few years! with no recourse, bogus cooperate numbers. they said they have nothing to do with the delivery. the manager can't refund $.

Worst pizza ever! Very cheap on the cheese and toppings. It’s all bread and little bit of sauce. Pizza was cold when delivered and tasted horrible. Never again will I order from this place.

I guess everyone is short staffed these days but I ordered at 545p and pizza was not ready until 8
We ordered a large pizza with mushrooms onion and spinach and asked for extra mushrooms, spinach and provolone cheese. Nothing was added at all. We had the regular amount of everything. Then I called to tell the store we didn’t get the extra toppings and the guy said “That's all you needed? I said yes and he said ok and offered nothing as compensation. And hung up. . We paid extra for more toppings. I really don’t like Dominoes because every time we get something from there it’s always wrong! I like it even less now! Sick of bad service and bad food!!How pathetic is this store!! Unbelievable! Terrible customer service! I have seen other bad reviews. I will make sure to let everyone I know not to go there!

Placed an order for delivery. Waited an hour and half. Tried calling to see what's up and no one will answer the phone. Still waiting on my pizza that I've already paid for. 2 hours and still waiting. I'll never order from this store again. So never did get my order. Ended up going to the store where they told me I never placed an order. I would give them zero stars if it would let me. Save yourself the anguish and go somewhere else.
