This Dominoes location is absolutely deplorable. Tonight was the 2nd time I have seen them completely not fill an order, even though it was paid for in advance (once Online and the second time Over The Phone.) They don't even deserve one star.

Ordered over the phone was told by service representative it would be 45 minutes to an hour. Called after 1 hour 30 minutes to get update on order. Was transferred to location no answer. So I had a friend drive me there. Employee was rude in location argued with me about who about the time I was told on phone. Then proceeded to tell me it was going to another hour to hour and half. So at this point going to be 3 hours for food to arrive. This seems to be happening all the time at this location. As an ex manager of Dominoes this is very unacceptable to your customers.

This Dominos is by the far the best chain pizza we have in this neighborhood and they deserve TEN STARS. Everyone at this location works so hard, puts so much effort and time into their shifts, and genuinely deserves to be treated like the rockstars they are by their customers. I cannot tell you how many times I have been saved by them, simply because I cannot figure out what to eat or am not feeling up to making something myself. I have chronic pain and pretty bad arthritis in my hands. If it weren’t for this incredible team of people who show up even when there’s snow and ice everywhere causing orders to be severely backed up, a lot of us would go hungry.
And to anyone leaving low stars or complaining about delivery times or blah blah blah… maybe focus on being grateful instead. A lot of people can’t even afford food or the convenience of a delivery. These people work damn hard and they deserve respect.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp on the side of the building and parking behind the building as well as on the sides of the roads.

Ordered a pizza at 4:53 PM today. After about 45 minutes of seeing on their tracker that it wasn’t in the oven yeti, I called the location. Was told I should get the pizza within 25 minutes. Made three more calls. No answer.
THREE HOURS after ordering l got my first text message from Domino’s. It said my order was cancelled.
I know the weather is bad today, but three hours before they say there might be a problem? Pathetic.

This place is absolutely horrible!! I ordered delivery upon arrival my food was incorrect. I called and got no answer. So I drove to the store. They gave me a cold pizza and they put the pizza I brought back back into the oven. I waited a hour for 2 pizzas. DO NOT WASTE TOUR TIME OR HARD EARNED MONEY EATING HERE. The staff is young and uncaring. This location should be closed down.
