I ordered online and paid for my food online as well. I was using there online tracker,and at 9:07 it said my order was delivered. Never heard a doorbell being rung or a knock on the door. I went to seenif my food was outside it was not. I LITERALLY DIDNT GET MY FOOD AT ALL. BUT.... somehow the tracker said my food was delivered. I called and got hunged up on. I called back the second time and explained I didn't receive my food, they thought I was lying. I never had an issue until this. I kept calling and calling the guy said the driver delivered my food and I told him no the driver did not. I honestly didnt receive my food at all. They didnt want to give me customer service number and they didnt want to give me a refund. I was very ANGRY. They eventually refunded my money and gave me customer support number, but I had to call a million times to explain that I really didnt receive my food. I will not be going back to Domino's at all. And also told family to stop ordering from them as well when we have events. Yes I was angry and still is because I will never lie about receiving food especially when my kids and I was hungry and just had a taste for DOMINO'S PIZZA.

I just had their Philly Cheese Steak pizza. It was the best pizza I've ever had. And their Lava cakes ... let's just say I try not to buy them too often because when I do I eat them all really fast and I don't need to gain weight! But for a special dessert I don't think you can get much better. Their service has improved a lot recently. I think they added more drivers or something because my last order came really fast and the driver was a smiling cheerful face when she dropped it off. So overall, I'm giving it a 5.0

It was horrible all the way around. Too well done/dry pizza barely any toppings like they thru a small handful on the pizza as hard as they could. No sauce on the buffalo wings. Waited forever for carside service- had to go inside or it wouldn’t have came out. The two liter of sprite was good. If it’s not made right I’m done with dominos. Pethetic

Workers r very disrespectful they hanged up in my face when I was ordering and when it was time to pay I told them it would be both cash and card the lady I was talking to ask how much imma give the driver but didn’t bother trying to take my card info for part of the order she just hanged up in my face

I’ve went to this location numerous times over the last couple years. The service has started to decline. Today 20+minute wait times after initial wait time. No communication from staff updating customers which started to pile up of 7 people waiting on orders. Decided to go ahead and leave without pizza for my kids. From the continuous comments lately maybe the store needs new management

This Dominoes location is absolutely deplorable. Tonight was the 2nd time I have seen them completely not fill an order, even though it was paid for in advance (once Online and the second time Over The Phone.) They don't even deserve one star.

Ordered over the phone was told by service representative it would be 45 minutes to an hour. Called after 1 hour 30 minutes to get update on order. Was transferred to location no answer. So I had a friend drive me there. Employee was rude in location argued with me about who about the time I was told on phone. Then proceeded to tell me it was going to another hour to hour and half. So at this point going to be 3 hours for food to arrive. This seems to be happening all the time at this location. As an ex manager of Dominoes this is very unacceptable to your customers.
