the worst service i have ever received in a restaurant. i sat and waited FOUR HOURS with no information regarding my order for it to be randomly completed. called up there and didn’t even get to speak to anyone, sat on hold for an hour. no delivery driver, no food, nothing. four hours of my life wasted that i’ll never get back thanks to the lazy, inconsiderate, and rude employees. -10,000/10.

App said pizza would be 45-55 minutes. After an hour, it still showed "began prep" so we drove there figuring it must be a problem with the app. When we got there, were told "I don't know what happened. It's still on the make line." We both worked in pizza restaurants. How can no one know what happened when it's blatantly obvious to see an uncooked pizza unless they aren't working at all? A previous similar incident is why neither of us have bought from this restaurant in months when we used to be regulars. Our new regular places were closed, so we decided to give them another chance. We won't be coming back.

I've never had a good experience here, food is always late, there's never accurate updates, order is incorrect all the time. We had our order accepted and didn't have any updates on it for 4 hours, we called to no answer repeatedly. Even the hire ups with customer support were completely careless and did nothing. They offered us nothing except for a refund which is literally just not stealing our money since we never got the food. This is an embarrassment of a store. Order from Pizza Head instead, they're right down the road, are better and cheaper, and they'll actually give you the food you order.

Delicious, hot, fresh Deluxe New York Style pizza delivered straight to our door super fast!
Tipped the delivery driver well only for him to leave my pizza on the ground. I called and the store Manager John refused to talk to me and yelled at me while on the phone with another associate. Refused to refund my money unless I “did through the trash and bring him my pizza” very unprofessional. I wouldn’t feed my dead dog this food 🤮 or step foot in this store with a grown pizza manager being rude towards customers.

We live in the neighborhood and order from this Dominos often. It has been hit or miss the last couple years, with uneven toppings or things being under or over cooked. I know they have staffing issues, and we aren't ordering dominos for a gourmet experience.
But tonight was like we opened a box on a television commercial. Absolutely perfection, like pizza straight from a training manual. My 9 year old stared at her pizza in shock and finally said, "IT'S SO PILLOWY. Can we send them a message and say it's perfect?" 😅
