Ordered carryout for a large two topping thick crust pizza when I arrived I payed and left when I went outside I looked at the pizza and it was like paper thin and burnt and when you bite it crunchs and I had to go inside and tell them to remake it that I didn't want it so thin and when they made the second pizza it was the same thing thin and less burnt

I can understand why this dominos is poorest rated , we ordered 2 hours ago from them , called constantly and was being told that the driver was 2-3 minutes out ,we waited patiently asking them to either remake the order or refund us the money they never gave a clear answer ,after coming to an conclusion to go up to the store it seem like they weren’t even making food anymore or even open cooking which was understandable but could’ve been avoided if they answered the question clearly , I understand why this store might be of the lower ranking it makes since lol won’t make the mistake to order from here again.

Lousy service and non caring people.. I will not come back to this store... Pitiful just tonight,I saw a delivery driver remove a pizza, nibble off it and put it in the box. ? Beard all over his face and street clothes! There was a young white girl who was very nasty with me!! But that's ok I'm not going there again!

Placed our order at 10:50Pm. I received confirmation and an estimated delivery time of 42-52 minutes. At 12:20Am we tried to call up to the store to see what the issue may have been and got the "we are closed message" I selected the option for "placing an order" and after they transfered me 4 times (and all led to the same "we are closed" message) I called and asked for a number for corporate .They told me I had to email customer support. Domino's what the hell.I don't believe I'll be ordering from here again.UPDATE: It is now 12:46 AM and just got a message saying my order has been canceled.
