Ordered a pizza online. It sat in “Prep” status for over an hour. Order was then abruptly cancelled with no warning and no attempt to contact me. Attempted to call the store, and no one answered. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. I have taken my business to Papa John’s who managed to get a pizza in the oven for me in less than an hour.
We placed an order for food. Pizza, cheese dip, sandwich, salad and wings. My card was charged. I received the info that it was being prepared. Then 30 minutes later my order is just cancelled! No phone call nor explanations! They sent an email that of course I wasn't watching. So an hour goes by and of course I'm wondering where my food is. So I look at the email and see it was cancelled! Then I try to call. No one will answer the phone! It's just rude! I had children...read full review
