I despise ordering for this location, but it's the closest to my house. They're always terribly understaffed but always courteous and apologetically. Today, a man was making pizza and handling the register & and money, all with bare hands. During the 1.5 hours I was waiting for my food, I saw him rinsing his hands off once (no soap) and went right back to making food and handling money while wiping sweat & and touching everything. It was horrific...

I ordered online for delivery and it didn't show up. The call center connected me with the store but nobody answered
Whe I girl there they were rude. The driver called me a lier and the manager wouldn't even knock off the delivery fee

I place an order online. Driver never knocks on my door to make delivery instead I look outside my apartment and my order is outside on the ground. All he had to do was knock on my door. I called the store 3 times and each time they hung up on me. Piss poor service for the second time there definitely won’t be a third and I will be disputing this charge.

I ordered three large pizzas on Dec. 23 for delivery and I never received them. I called the store and was on hold for 40 minutes. The second time I called someone picked up the phone and set it down and I could hear people in the background but no one picked up the phone to talk to me. I tried calling the next day and the same thing happened- no one picked up the phone. I have been contacting corporate to get a refund but they are not responsive. I ended up disputing the charge on my card.

If I could give no stars I would. After waiting almost an hour for delivery, I decided to go pick up my order. I can't even begin to describe all the unsanitary conditions I seen. No gloves, making dough and boxing up food on the SAME table station, rude employees.... Got an immediate refund.

Freshest dominos in the area!! They always are super fast, and super good at their jobs! Never had a messed up delivery order and there always on time which is crazy hard to find such reliability service like these guys provide too the Lou!!! Keep up the great work everyone!

This location is shady. They failed to deliver my full order so I refused the order. The driver said to call the next day for a full refund. Instead, the driver reported it as delivered. When I called the store, I was told it takes a couple of days to refund. When this didn't happen, I took it to the corporate page. Their response was slow and by the end, I was told that it shows I received my order so I'd only get a store credit because it took too long. This a shitty way to do business.

Seeing other reviews, it appears others have the same problem with the customer service rep April. Doesn't seem coincidental.

I ordered delivery at 8:45 , at 10 pm I started to call about pizza. So I went to location , 10 mins from my home. Guy inside telks me pizzas on my way. I'm waiting at store for return. Looking at store : unorganized, dirty.

45min for a pickup order. Which I understand sometimes places are busy. This was not the case. I walked in to pick up my order 20min after ordering and the employees had music cranked up and were dancing. No one making any food whatsoever. They stopped to make my order finally, but pulled the pizza and cheese sticks out of the oven before it was done to get my order to me. It was about half cooked. The pizza was edible, but the cheese sticks were basically raw dough with cheese. We tossed them.

AWFUL SERVICE. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Took 2 hours for a cheese pizza they didn’t even make right and was cold when it got here. They don’t answer their phones. Tried calling at least 5 times just put on hold. Need new management or to just shut down. Kevona took a whole hour to “quality check” our order and it still sucked. The delivery driver, Micheal, just stopped and yelled in the middle of the street our pizza was here. Couldn’t even get out of his car and bring it to us after we waited TWO HOURS!! Sucked sucked sucked!! Getting a refund when we can get ahold of them in 3-5 business days! I wish I could leave a zero star review.
