Domino's Pizza

Place a delivery order today Sun,1-18-26 at 4:02 pm and I had to call to check on it ; when it arrived 2 hrs later, the looked to be open with no receipt on top. Pizza was cold.Was scared to eat it so I trashed it. I called to complain they only offered a 10.00 credit. This is very POOR customer service. Had problems before but tried to give them a second chance.
Do better; service the public the way you want to be served. Reporting to district office as well.

I ordered my pizza at 5:00. Here it is 7:48 and my pizza still isn’t here.

Food is good when there’s no long wait! With that being said it’s often that the line outside is so long and your order has been done for over 30 mins and you’re just sitting in the line

Tried to order a pizza at 10109 Lewis and Clark and was told that I cannot order a pizza at the counter, but I had to order it online. This Place is a joke. Maybe they need to hire people who can actually do their job. I cannot comprehend the fact that I can’t order a pizza at the counter.

On Halloween at 6:30pm I ordered pizzas and pasta and bread bites. Paid for delivery, tipped like 10 bucks and my order never arrived. Sent my daughter up to the store 2 hours after I ordered because no one would pick up the phone. They told her it had just left the store. We waited another 2 hours and gave up. The tracker said order was completed 30 minutes after the order was put in. The next day the manager told me to hang on while she looked up my order. I held on the line for 1 hour and 12 minutes and finally hung up. Shewouldnt answer the phone after that. I called the corporate office, was told someone would look into it. We are nearly 3 weeks after and I've not heard a word. My rewards were never refunded and I will drive BFE before I order from that store again.

I ordered 9 pizzas at 430 carside delivery the lobby was closed and they told us we had to get in the drive thru

I placed an order tonight. I literally live half a mile from the store but the my wife has the car seat in her car so I couldn't carry out like I normally do. So I ordered delivery and the driver never showed up to my house. It's been over 2 hours I've been on hold with the store for over 20 minutes and no one will answer the phone. Ive contacted customer support and was told someone would look intimidating it and email me. So I'm just beat out of my money right? Nah im gonna get my money back and then some tomorrow.

I only order from here periodically because it’s the only pizza place that delivers by me . It’s always an issue with my order and delivery takes 2 hours + each time ! And never do I get compensated , or reached out to on their behalf never can get in touch with corporate etc . They need more drivers and people that want to work !

The worst service I've ever had period,if you like them to wait for you to drive 20 miles to there store and then tell u they only take cash and the perfect amount ,no change back ,plus make you wait like 2 hours for your food to come out this place is for you

Took my money even tho the store wasn't open and still haven't received it my money back. Have the worst customer service and ever rude..

On 10/17 I started getting emails and app notifications about an order. Upon checking somehow someone entered my phone number or something and used the free pizza I had been saving. I’ve tried calling multiple times and just get left on hold. I didn’t place any order that day and if I had it wouldn’t have been for this location considering I’m up in Michigan and have been here since July.

Terrible service.. Pulled up to the window waited 20 mins.. Then was ask to park in front of the store for another 20 mins. Just for me to get back in the drive through line for another 15 mins.. Oh yeah this was an online order...
