Slowest Dominos ever order never ready when app say it is will sit in line for almost a hour just for ur order to still not be ready.

These people are terrible. I called up there to have them deliver the pizza and then they told me that they don’t have any drivers available until 8. Just when I place the orders, they told me that the driver just left and was going to be on their way to deliver the pizza. I waited to hours for them and I realized they been lying to me all this time. I had no choice but to cancel my order and I demanded a refund. I check my bank account the next day, my money didn’t come back. They said that it will take 5-7 business days to get my money back. I think these people are scammers. I never dealing with them again!

Disgusting establishment worker kids all throughout unsanitary no gloves nowhere in sight and they wanna up charge every chance they get do not eat here dominos they got yah looking bad it’s a pizza place not day care right?

Trash 2nd time I ordered and waited 45 minutes for them to all of a sudden not have a driver and cancel on me!!so unprofessional

Ordered my food at 10:26. It says it been prepping the entire time. It was 10:57 , 11:02 & 11:17 I called. Had my mother call. They answered and said they only had 1 delivery driver and would be next.

I got a notification they were 2 minutes away. Then said DELIEVERED.
AND NO ONE DROPPED OFF ANYTHING.
They rode past and said delivered. I hate St.Louis. Straight ridiculous.

TERMINATE THE WHOLE STAFF!!!! They cannot execute under pressure, Customer service is just HORRIBLE! Why do they even go clock in for work to just be bag at your job?

This location is absolute trash! Would recommend it be closed IMMEDIATELY. I ordered a carry out pizza Friday night at 1114pm. The alert said my p pizza would be done in 10 minutes. I drive up, waited an hour in a line full of cars at the pickup window. At 1230am I got out of my car, knocked on the window to check on my food. I was told they closed at 12. I told him my food was done at 1130pm. He looked on the track and handed me my pizza that had been sitting there at least 45 minutes. Today, almost a week later, I placed a delivery order at 915pm. The tracker showed the driver left the store at 950pm. It showed her going to another delivery then coming to me in 11 minutes. When I checked in 15 minutes it said my order was completed but nothing was delivered. I drove to the store and was advised they had 1 driver delivering. I said that doesn't excuse that the app shows my order out for delivery and completed. The driver came back and said my order was next to go out and had not left the store. I requested a refund before the driver had come back. Once she was back I asked for my pizza. The young lady who rolled her eyes at me when I knocked on the window and made me wait until she was ready to help me, was the one who said the driver was still out. When she came back and said she had my food, the young lady handed me a refund receipt and said I'd see it in a couple of days. Worst customer service ever. I will not be back here Ever.

I ordered through doordash and was expecting to get my food. turns out they were still sitting prepping it and not doing anything. missed the delivery time by almost 20 mins ,and then I sat on the phone for another 7 or so minutes to get the status of my order. I got no response and so i canceled my order have the decency to take my money but not make my food on time and answer as to why its taking so long. Dont order from here you are gonna waste your time.

Service for pickup or carryout is garbage. Not enough employees or some other reason to not have inside open for pickup, so you gotta pickup at the drive up window. They can't or don't know how to queue, so every car sitting at window idling for mins when there may be orders ready to go. So now your pizza been sitting for 20 min by time you get to the window.

Horrible! Every time I try to place an order it gets canceled for some ridiculous reason. One time they didn't have any drivers, one time they didn't have the crust. Dominos used to be my favorite pizza place, but now I will go elsewhere every time.

Don’t waste your time order from them the service is terrible i waited 4 hours for a pizza I didn’t get and I had to wait all day the next day just to talk to somebody about getting my money back the employees do not care about the service they provide this store needs to be shut down or all the staff need to be re done.

First time in this place it was like 7 ppl and no one asked me did I need help, I sat there and saw a delivery guy and asked him what was how did it work was I suppose to check in or what he said something under his breath and walked out the door so I stood up and said I'm picking up for Johnson then the guy well first someone else walked in and the guy came and was asking her now remember I was there first and hollered out I'm picking up for johnson, didn't like the fact I just was standing there and no one asked me did I need help!!!!
