Website was malfunctioning, they kept pushing back the order, and I had to sit through a dozen ear-grating ads just to talk with a human being. Why does pizza delivery suck so much these days?

Jayden is an amazing guy. Swamped with work and understaffed he still made sure I got pizza home in time to feed the little ones. I arrived a little early and when the pizza was fine he brought it out to the car without being asked. It's nice to see young people that aren't afraid to work

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY GOING TO THIS SO-CALLED RESTAURANT. On June 20 at 8:07 PM my daughter ordered two pizzas and a lava cake. at 8:45 she headed to Domino’s because it said the estimated wait time was 35 to 40 minutes for carry out. When she got there, she went in to see what was going on with the order and they told her it was going to be at least another half an hour that they had several orders and that there was two people in training working. The manager was on vacation and there was somebody else there that was supposed to be training them. They said they could not refund my money because they didn’t know how so I was left with no Choice but to wait. After waiting 30 more minutes, I went inside and they told me they still hadn’t gotten my pizza in the oven. That it would be another 30 minutes. After another almost 60 minutes I got the two pizzas but not the cakes. I mentioned the fact that I didn’t get my cakes and they said I could wait two more hours for them or I could call back on Monday when the manager was back and speak to him. I got home and opened up the pizza boxes and could not believe that that’s what that food looked like after I waited for over two hours for it. It was not cooked right. It looked horrible. It was overcooked and I knew that calling and complaining wasn’t going to do me any good. I called on Monday, June 23 and spoke with a manager who said to call back the following day that the store manager would be there. I called back on Tuesday the 24th and spoke with the manager whose name is Jose. He questioned me and then acted as though he didn’t believe that I didn’t get the cakes. Asked me why I didn’t say anything about it on Friday, which I did and so did my daughter. He refused to give me the cakes or replaced. The pizzas offered. No apology was just very rude. I even said well you’re acting like you don’t believe that I didn’t receive the food that I paid for it and he basically told me he believed that was lying. There’s no way that I am the only person that complained about Friday night. Jose should’ve never gone out of town and left two new employees in training in that restaurant with nobody else to help. And when customers call with complaints, he doesn’t need to question them and make them feel as though they’re lying. What happened to customer service? I’m also going to reach out to Domino’s corporate office because I am so highly offended as to the way Jose spoke to me and when I asked him his name how he spelled it out for me like he didn’t care. Go anywhere, but to the Domino’s on Lackland I’m telling U.

When I placed my order it said ready for pick up in 12-17 minutes. Got to the store and was told all orders are currently about 45 minutes out from when they're placed. Finally got it after about an hour. While I was waiting, at least 3 others came in to pick up orders that were supposed to be ready and were told they hadn't even been started yet. At least 5 workers behind the counter, 3 of them standing there looking confused. One poor guy running around trying to do everything. One of the ones standing there eventually tells the others that they should start delivery orders now, that it doesn't matter about the others waiting, delivery orders need to be started. 2 delivery guys get back and immediately jump in and start trying to help. If not for the 2 delivery drivers and the one guy trying to do it all, looking like he's about to have a breakdown, nobody would have gotten their food. This is the 3rd time that it's taken an hour or longer to get food. The only way anyone would find out that it's taking longer than it should is if they call to find out where their food is or when they get there to pick it up. I realize the times it says it'll be ready is just an estimate, but it would be nice if it was even close to accurate. This Domino's used to be decent. Now it's as bad as the McKelvy location.

Ordered online, charged my account- store “didn’t have order”. Then called and placed the order via phone, was told 15-20 minutes- went in after 25, they said “it’ll be another 50.”
so we went home and were going to come back, called 30 min later and they said still ANOTHER 40-45 minutes.
We cancelled the order. My card was still charged and the money has now come out for an order i NEVER received.
I then called the store yesterday and spoke to a manager, she told me she couldn’t handle that and that i would need to talk to the main manager and told me to “call later”. i asked her to take my name and number down because i’m chasing for $ back that should have never been taken. she took the information down and told me he would call me yesterday- never called and now the money is still out of my account and cannot get help. absolutely insane

Worst Dominos to order from. Their wait time has been 1 hour consistently and for some dumb reason I still order from
here. One time I ordered delivery at 8 didn’t come till midnight. Currently waiting on pizza I ordered carryout for because you wait even longer on delivery. I ordered it at 3:30 and it is currently 4:30, went inside they said another 30 minutes. I only order because it is closest dominos to me but this is the last time. Also saw my name on the tracker they have in store and I am first on the list, for 1 hour they still haven't even begun preparing. Worst dominos location.

Do not go to this location it’s a 2 hr wait they say the delivered ur food and they don’t they have rude incompetent workers who are rude never ordering online from here again and they don’t give u ur money back right away
