I ordered on DoorDash and got the wrong order. Because the merchant didn’t include a receipt with the order DoorDash is now making it hard for me to get a refund. Please stop offering services via delivery service if you are just going to take peoples money and give them the wrong food. I can’t just blame door dash because the merchant also failed to provide a receipt so I have no idea if this is my food or someone else’s! Frustrating and a waste of my time and money. Stuck in the house with a newborn or I would have picked it up but if this isn’t rectified I won’t be patronizing again.
