Our small group stopped by Dressel’s on Saturday night. The fish and chips are worth all the hype they get! Huge portion for a decent price. Our group also indulged in the porchetta louie sandwich, the Cuban street fries and the soft pretzel with Welsh rarebit. The speed of service was a little all over the place, but our server was kind. Overall, good food and amazing craft beer for great prices.

This restaurant offers legendary experiences and cherished memories, both inside and out. I’ve always felt a profound sense of reverence for its cool vibe. Whenever I visit, I order the fish and chips, rare bit, and bread pudding. The beverage selection is also excellent, with interesting spirits. The service, food, and atmosphere are consistently exceptional, regardless of the season. Very well appointed space with lots of options depending upon how you’re feeling.

Man the Welsh Rarebit is just so good. That and house made chips, really don't need much more but they also have very good food. The lamb burger is better than most in new york.

great food
The house made craft beer is great. The Reuben is great. The chips are good, stingy on the rarebit sauce, which needs some says seasoning. Grew up in CWE (after highschool) but don't get there much anymore. So when friends invited me to lunch, I resolved to get the fish and chips I had been reading so much about.
Wish I hadn't. Soggy on the bottom, overdone on the top, essentially no flavor. I was so disappointed.

We ate outside with our little dog and it was great. Our server gave us very thorough descriptions of all the things we were interested in on the menu. I had the cod tacos, my husband got the sausage soup-yummy. The homemade chips were delicious and we both enjoyed the chocolate dessert. Highly recommend!

I ordered the Cuban street fries and the Rueben along with a mixed salad presentation on the sandwich and salad was very appetizing however on the Cuban street fries it seem to be overcooked and stuck to the plate.
