Dunkin'

Why is EVERY dunkin donuts incapable of understanding what “very light butter” means when I order a bagel? Came with so much butter on it that I could have squeezed it out and buttered another 3 bagels. And it was barely even toasted. Disgusting.

The food was extraordinary greasy and tasted like very old grease from the fryers. Absolutely horrible.

It’s laughable how many hash-browns you get. There’s literally 4 tiny ones in here. Overcharging for so little.

This location is inside the Southwest terminal of STL Lambert airport. This place is always poppin with those in need of a java jolt.

I was looking for sugar to get my day going. They had a nice selection of donuts at 6am and I was pleased to see that they prepared cups of munchkins in different varieties. I grabbed a cup of those and ordered a large ice water. They do charge $2 for ice and/or water.
Loved the munchkins - great flavor and texture. Loved the variety of getting both glazed and chocolate cake.

Service was quick and fine. Not friendly but kept the line moving. Prices not too high for airport food.

I was at the St. Louis Airport 06/11/2024 with a little time to grab something to eat. Ordered a grilled cheese tomato pesto and chai latte the attendant was very rude because I forgot to mention that i wanted oat milk ( she charged me $3 more for oat milk Was around 2:30 ish attendant wasGot on the plane.. open the box and the sandwich was grilled on one side and the cheese was missing. Terrible service! Rude personnel. They know once you get on the plane there is no complaining about ur food or drink. Never again!!

Busy morning during the holidays, and after a very long overnight of travel, I was looking forward to a nice hot cup of coffee. It was cold, but the line of patrons deterred me from asking for it to be heated up. Also, the app needs work (not even sure they accept rewards here). Annoying to have to add deals ahead of time, much prefer the old app before they changed it!

Horrible wouldn't recommend this location at all. They use the same glove they take ur money with to grab ur donuts.

Doesn’t accept reusable coffee cups. No cold coffee without consuming a single use plastic cup.Cold brew was weak and watery.It’s hard to see the available donuts until you’re at the register so you have to choose quickly.Sandwich was so greasy even the box left grease wherever you’d set it down

Rude employees. Tossed the donut in the bag upside down, half the icing ended up on the bottom of the bag.

Nothing like years ago when it ll tasted fresh baked, now it is almost stale when you get it. what a shame.
