This place has been getting worse and worse since we have lived here. I think Management or at least weekend Management is not up to par. I consistently don't get food. The last 3 times I have been there I have been told at the window something (not donuts) are unavailable. They WILL not process refunds from mobile for you.
Today I was given an undercooked and cold sandwich because they did not have the ingredients thawed - they waited until I arrived to face me with this concern and made me wait despite my stating specifically I did not want to wait and let the rest of my food get cold. Recently Dunkin changed the shape of their Boston Cream and Bavarian Cream donuts to star shape. What are they thinking? Neither can hold a filling. Just a dab. Was this cost cutting? Customers are left with an unsatisfactory bite with little filling. I'm gonna have to take me business elsewhere. By the way, i always have to ask for a napkin. Who can eat a powdered sugar donut without a napkins?

I made an order online for Dunkin’ Donuts in 63119 and when I went to pick it up, we discovered At Home the order was totally 100% incorrect! Cannot recommend this store or recommend Dunkin’ Donuts anymore because you cannot order what you want you only get what they give you. This is the second time it has happened.
