This place has quickly become my go-to Dunkin! The workers are always so friendly and attentive. I’ve never had an incorrect or slow order, and the food is always hot & the coffee is always good! Cannot recommend enough!

The employees are really nice and friendly. The choices are good, but for someone who worked at Dunkin' in the late 80s and made the donuts fresh, the corporate decision to make the donuts offsite in something resembling a factory, was a bad decision. Not the local owner's fault. The donuts just aren't as fresh as they would be if made daily on location. Otherwise, a nice decision if in the area. Oh, the drinks are really good. This is a small drive-thru location, but you can walk up to the window, too.

Why have a window to walk up to if the employees are not goin to acknowledge CUSTOMERS!!! I walked up someone was already standing there. I asked did he knock he said no! We stood there for another 5 mins! I knocked. YALL HAVE THE WORST WORKERS AT THIS LOCATION! We stood out in the rain patiently! This is ridiculous!

Waited in the drive Thur for 10 mins before anyone answered. And there were cars in front of us getting gone out the line. At least respond with hello give me one moment just when we were about to pull off they begin to speak. And at the window another 5 mins we sat for two items, when we ask for a bag they told us my item wouldn’t fit in a bag ? So yeah i rather go to the one on big bend

It's too cold to ask someone to come to your window and stand outside for service that is very bad customer service, i am not a walker and should not be treated as one, find a better way to handle your pick up orders because this is not it. Some of us get sick from cold air hitting our heads need to consider all customers not just how you feel
