This location is horrible. Every time I order my hashbrowns they are always cold or burnt as heck.! I got my order this morning and told her very light ice and she still proceeded to give me so much ice so I had her make it again. My croissant was very burnt this morning and they were out of egg. No accommodation for that whatsoever but I still pay the same price even tho they don’t have all of the ingredients. Not welcoming either for this location but usually every time I come here it’s always a problem with my food so today is the last day I give this location my money. They need to not burn the food every day and be more joyful.

Food is great. Do I really only get 6 circle hash browns in a meal per sandwich? I came multiple times where they didn't have sausages and another times no hash browns. I never really see smiling faces either. I only go here because it's close to work. My sandwich today was burnt and I'm sure the cook wouldn't eat it.

I’ve been to this location twice and both times were bad. Drinks are ok but they always seem to be out of something. I ordered online pick up at the drive through and went up to the voice box, waited 5 minutes then just drove up to the window. They looked at me and ignored me until I waved at them to come over. Then they told me they ran out of 2 things I paid for with no substitute.

Coffee tasted like cleaning solution. Tried to contact corporate for a refund and it's a multi-day process for me to get my money back. And the service is always subpar.

the lady at the drive thru was SO quiet; she asked us at least 3 times what size coffee we wanted even after answering all 3 times, along with telling her as we got to the window….. we had to go inside to order because the drive thru person was useless. the cashier couldn’t understand us when we said we wanted hashbrowns. waste of time; won’t be back.

Consistency. They need to work on what this word means. I shouldn't come here every morning and get a different experience than the last. Sometimes, the coffee is right, and other times it's bland or sour. Sometimes, my bagel is somewhat good, but most of the time they give me a hard and rubbery bagel that hurts my jaw. Sometimes, the hash browns are actually a little crispy, but usually they're soggy and inedible.
I think I'll give them one more chance, but at this point I think I'm wasting my money.

Constantly out of something in my order. Always confused when I pull up with my mobile order. People are nice but not efficient. Slow service every time!
I live only less than a 5-minute drive from this dunkin' donuts location but I would never go back there.First, I'm tired of asking for someone to take my order every time I go in there. I'm tired of paying for the same drink but getting a different one every time. There's a certain amount of cookie crumble that goes on top of this drink. Sometimes I get the right amount and then other times they try to save cost and my drink is not the same. I go in around 6:00 a.m. and the restaurants trash cans are still full from last night the floors and tables are dirty from last night. This place is disgusting do yourself a favor and don't go there.

If I wanted to make my own drink at home I would. No sugar or caramel drizzle when it’s listed on the ticket. They’re never consistent with their drinks. Highly disappointed.
