On 28 nov 2025 approximately 5:10p I ordered a medium toasted white chocolate signature latte, hot. When the associate tried to hand me an iced drink, I inform him that's not what I ordered. I ordered a hot drink. He says it doesn't come hot. But that is a lie. Even the app says it can be ordered hot. It was less than 40°F outside, why would I want an iced drink. And wouldn't it be better to tell me at the speaker box if a drink can be hot or not? Regardless he lied to me and I'm disappointed and went to get coffee elsewhere before work.

Fantastic Dunkin location. My drink was made near perfect, much better customer service than the location off of Manchester as well. The woman said their AC had been out all day and she was sweating, I felt terrible for her! Her positivity and humor prevailed and she was so sweet given the circumstance; even apologizing for a small wait because she was backed up. Treating customer service workers with a little bit of kindness is the way to go, it isn’t an easy job especially without AC!

The place has no AC and door is open when we are around the 90F. Donuts glazing is a joke. Will not come back.
The food sucks as usual for a Dunkin', but the service was slow, barely understood what we were ordering at times, and it took forever for them to get to us. I don't know why I keep going to any Dunkin' locations, I swear it's always the same sub-par donuts, barely edible food, and same messed up drink orders. How hard is it really to make a frozen chocolate? It's just a cold hot chocolate...

These had to be the worst breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. The croissants were hard and cooked so long they were no longer flaky. We greeted the staff with “good morning” and they didn’t even speak back! Then they proceeded to gather together and look and laugh at something on their cell phone. What in the world happened to customer service!? Definitely won’t be back to this location.

Employees are nice and service is quick. My strawberry refreshers taste perfect. However, every time I try to order a frozen coffee it ends up tasting like dirt for some reason. I’ve had it at many other locations and it’s never tasted bad - only at this location.

We pulled up to the window 15 minutes before they closed. Nobody answered, we waited for a while and I decided to pull up to the front. The lady was talking to others girls, maybe friends and when I asked her she said they’re already closed. When I asked her why it says still open, she just told me that they decided to close the register.
What’s this service? Either update it online or serve the customer that is there before closing. I drove a long way for drinks.
