Came in this morning and got 2 - 50 packs of donut holes for a work meeting and they were literally just plain donut holes - not glazed or anything. Like who even eats them plain like that?
An additional disappointment is I read the reviews for all the locations around me and most location reviews sucked and more than 1 talked about getting donut holes with no glaze as well so its a thing with DD I guess.
Won't be back to any DD if I can avoid it.

Service is good, I used to stop by multiple times a week but it seems every time I order- there is an issue with what originally was supposed to be there. Anytime I order cold foam, it’s either not put on, or it’s whipped cream (not a big deal, but not the same and you’re paying for the extra.) If you order any bagel or donut after 12pm, chances are they are out and rarely offer to refund unless you ask. They offer a donut which is less the price when you can’t get a bagel. I understand running out, but completely running out for the full day before noon is a little frustrating when they are open till 8. They don’t take the option to purchase off the app either. I would say thoroughly check your order before leaving.

Not a bad Dunkin’ location. Not sure why there’s so many negative reviews compared to other locations. Their products are no different than other locations and the girl at the window is always friendly. I think the chain as a whole is overpriced, but that’s not a location issue.

I really wanted to like this location because of the convenience. But there is always some sort of issue every time I come here. Today I ordered an iced latte with an extra shot of espresso and received what was essentially a glass of milk. I told the guy at the window, and he just repeated me my order like I didn't know what I asked for. Never again.

I like this location, it is newer and convenient. On the donut front, the glazed donuts I got at a 9 AM drive-through on Saturday, we’re pretty rough. Not bad, but definitely not noteworthy. They provided no napkins. And they told me that none of their breakfast sandwiches were in anyway healthy as there were none that were egg whites. I’m not sure that’s true, but you would think they would have at least one breakfast sandwichthat did not contain extreme cholesterol. Service as a result of the confusing answers to my questions, was poor. But for many people just grabbing coffee and a donut here might be OK, but they could do a lot better.

Dear Manager it’s sad to say that ladies bathroom is disgusting … messy toilet NO SOAP THAT HAD DRIED FROM NOT BEING ATTENDED FOR SO LONG … I’m placing and order and I had to say excuse me this bento was on his phone but serving coffee and doughnuts….. DUNCAN CAN YOU DO BETTER

Great atmosphere and friendly people but lacking on condiments for the price. Sandwich was meh just okay. Donuts seemed very light on the usual powdered sugar I’m used to. Great location and thought it would be nice to try this location, but below what I expected. They were welcoming and helpful which is a plus

Used to be great. On the long Johns barely any icing. The bagel with cream cheese was chewy, not toasted, and had the smallest tinest amount of cream cheese. It is nicely remodeled but food quality and value has gone down significantly.
