Great atmosphere and friendly people but lacking on condiments for the price. Sandwich was meh just okay. Donuts seemed very light on the usual powdered sugar I’m used to. Great location and thought it would be nice to try this location, but below what I expected. They were welcoming and helpful which is a plus

Used to be great. On the long Johns barely any icing. The bagel with cream cheese was chewy, not toasted, and had the smallest tinest amount of cream cheese. It is nicely remodeled but food quality and value has gone down significantly.
Used to be my favorite place to get donuts. Now the donuts are so dry that we threw them away. Waste of time and money to go there. My husband‘s response was “they’re not interested in donuts anymore only coffee”.
I want to love this Dunkin because I live in walking distance! Unfortunately, this Dunkin is just bad all around. The workers are always rude, enough to kill the fun vibe of a weekend morning coffee :(.I would highly recommend below local coffee shops in the area instead:Exit 11 coffee shopMaypop coffee and garden shopThe daily Bread

I order a butter pecan cold coffee and I didn't taste nothing but coffee. I knew I should've never made that order when I seen the Indian workers. They are so stingy!

Very clean and nice Dunkin. Service was friendly and we got great tasting fresh doughnuts even though it was the end of the day.

Placed an order on the mobile app for two pumpkin donuts and when we went to pick it up she said they were out. I asked for a refund and she said “we can’t do that, you have to do it through the app.” There’s actually no clear way to request a refund on the app and she couldn’t give me any direction. I said, “so you don’t have what I ordered, but you can’t issue me a refund, so you just get to keep my money?” And she said, “well, you can come tomorrow morning and get them.” Um, I literally live 40 minutes away so that’s not possible. She finally offered me other donuts, but that’s not what I wanted. Seems suspicious that you “can’t issue refunds” but you can sell a product on the app you don’t have in stock.She was not empathetic at all, quite rude in fact. Very unfortunate experience and I will continue to pursue this because this unethical business practice. You should be ashamed of yourself.
They need help because serving because they gave us someone else order and said here's the rest of your food....PERIOD ?
