Horrible experience, waited 35 minutes in the drive through line after I placed an online order, one of the workers that would not give his name on shift working drive through line at 7:30 pm watched us in the window several times not telling us until we waiting 35 minutes that they had no donuts or anything except drinks. Andrew tried to clam the situation but was called to the window by the other guy claimed to be the manger, didn’t get a refund and they did not make it right before I left the store
Came back the next day manger still was not in and still have not got a refund on any food, everybody inside has horrible customer service and acted like they had no idea what to do and couldn’t even call the manager to help the situation. Going to corporate with this review on this direct store

If you like finger imprints in your donuts and then when you come to the window to the guy you can't understand has crazy long unclean nails then this is your place! Disgusting!

Never have anything we order. The donuts are made poorly and the workers are rude the place sucks now. Used to be way better. Someone should realllyyyyyy have a chat with the employees on respect and customer service.

Mobile ordered my food, didnt get that for 30mins in drive-thru line and by the time I got my food it was cold. My drink wasn't ready yet. When I told the young man my food is frozen, he stood and stared at me and keep saying frozen, food is frozen, its cold. I asked can you heat it up and he took a long pause and said I guess. Because he asked me 4 times for my name when I gave it to him, he was telling me I was wrong on how to prounce my own name. He kept repeating it wrong. I had to tell him no my name is *****. He said oh. It was the most werid interaction I've had at D.D. This was at like 10am its not like they were super busy or early morning. I think he was on something.

This is the place where I always go to, and get the same exact thing, but this time my donut was raw service was insanely slow if I get food poisoning then this place will be shut down!!

Never been swayed enough to make a google review before; customer service is awful every time, quality of drinks and food is well below any other dunkin location I’ve been too. If you want a pleasant experience from beginning to end I’d recommend any where but here.
