This is the place where I always go to, and get the same exact thing, but this time my donut was raw service was insanely slow if I get food poisoning then this place will be shut down!!

Do not order from this Dunkin’ Donuts. It is so disgusting. They sold me a croissant sandwich that was black burnt on both sides of the croissant. I couldn’t even eat it. They do not care about the quality of their food at all!!!! Do not waste your money. This place is gross.

I asked the cash register woman if she could break $100 bill she said yes she gave me my coffee and then gave me back my change with no receipt. I pulled over count counted the amount I was given, which was $82. My coffee was $5,50. So there’s about $12 missing. I go back in and say I was not given proper change nor was like given a receipt. I asked for a receipt and was instead given $10 . We’re still missing too, but she told me there was no receipt. Extremely unsettling will never be using cash again at this location.

Never in my life will I ever go back to this location. I was there at 3:45pm. Went through drive thru, woman couldn’t take orders properly so had to go inside, went inside and she gave me half of my order, left me at the counter, started working on someone’s order, pretended like I wasn’t even there. Took my money though. Another worker had to finish my order. Worst experience. I’ve had some bad customer service experiences in my day but this one was top tier worst customer service experience.

Normally I don't go to Dunkin' . I was amazed to see they were open Thanksgiving. The manager Vanessa I think was very helpful with my order. Atmosphere was great. Donuts were good and My white toasted mocha was made to perfection by Robin. She is awesome. Definitely would recommend. *****
I've been here several times, and the coffee is always off. Sometimes, it feels like they give you whatever coffee is already made. Hot drinks are lukewarm. Cold drinks aren't filled up all the way. It's strange. Service is friendly, but you won't get what you ordered at all.
