I ordered off the menu....sorry we don't have, anything else? So I need a min to look again ..he promptly says anything else? Dude I gave not ordered anything so I quickly order just something it's nasty and inwas rushed through I would not recommend if you want any kind of decent customer service.

Ordered a couple donuts and 2% milk. Took 15 minutes to get through the drive-thru with only 3 cars total (You're handing out freaking donuts). Got to the window and they handed me whole milk instead of 2% and then said they don't carry any other milk...which would have been nice to know when I put the order in. There was an obvious language barrier. Donuts themselves were basic, long john and glazed..very poor quality, slightly hardened like they had been sitting out and much smaller than other locations near-by. Probably the last stop there.

This is my go to for coffee on the run. The convenience to use the mobile ap is very nice! The iced original blend with the liquid sugar and French vanilla is my go to for the iced coffees. It's really hit and miss on days as far as how busy they can be inside and out. They have new staff and seem to be hustling. They usually still confirm at the window the name for the order. They may have almost forgot my donut once or twice.They have products inside if you want to buy tumblers or the at home brew. They have limited seating inside as well. Mondays if you have the app, is free medium coffee with purchase!

Went there for the first time at this location, was treated bad. One man was assisting me at the drive through, inside was totally empty and it looks like I woke him up or I bothered him the way he talked to me. He Was rushing me on what I wanted to order like he was crazy busy and couldn’t waint and while i was talking and ordering the Boston Creme and deciding how many to get he Apparently had told me that they’re out but i did not hear it and next thing I hear while i was ordering was “Hey sir this is the third time im telling you we don’t have that, do you need something else?” Once I heard that I left right away, bcs these kind of mfs are the ones who we got to get rid of, they can screw up your donuts, do anything they want before they give it to you and there you go, you got some disgusting donuts because one of the rude workers didn’t know how to talk to people and was bothered while sleeping and had to wake up and assist the customers. Please keep these in mind you people that hire workers, we need good people and customer service so we can come back and you be happy and we be happy also. Thanks

2 creme filled donuts, 2 chocolate filled donuts, 2 glazed donuts is what I ordered. Well I got 2 jam? filled, 2 chocolate donuts, and 2 glazed. Wow. Also ordered Frappuccino off the menu and was told they didn't have them. Whatever, I'll get a macchiato. I'm sure i could have made this at home, very little flavor. I live less than a mile away from this location and am reminded why I visit it so rarely. Won't be back. Go out of your way to go to another location... or a real StL donut shop!

It's been years since I've had a chocolate-filled powdered Donut from Dunkin' Donuts. I went to the location on Telegraph only to find out they no longer make this particular donut at that location. The place looked like it was on life-support. Selection of donuts was very limited. And the price was $13 for 9 donuts. I had to park and walk to the door. This is definitely more of a drive through location. I can say that the place was at least clean and the staff was friendly.

I always arrived at closed time. Sometimes I've been good well attended, the mayor. But there's 1 or 2 times that i feel like rush and bad attention.

I have visited this Dunkin (Telegraph) a few times before leaving a review. Each visit I ordered a large iced coffe with milk and caramel. All I could taste was the milk, not even a hint of coffee. This has happened 4 times!!! It's very disappointing paying $4.00 for an iced coffe and receiving a cup of milk.

My favorite Dunkin’!! I don’t only come here because it’s close to me, but because everyone is so nice and the lattes are always perfect!?
We went through for 2 iced coffees. They was made perfect and the staff are extremely polite and kind.
