I've eaten at Edera previously and loved it. In the past couple weeks, various family members and I have tried to get in touch with Edera about hosting a private event with them. We've sent numerous emails and called multiple times and have yet to hear back. Confused and bummed because I've had great experiences until now!

Very pleasant experience on a cold January night. Excellent service. Food (pasta, shrimp, vegetables) nicely prepared and presented. Dessert great. If you are tired of the Brasserie, go to Edera! A real alternative. Very nice. Not really a five, but nothing is, and google ratings less than five don’t register. Definitely worth going.

Edera Italian Eatery was a great experience overall. Service was solid, and the food was really good. Loved the bread and the Caesar salad, it had a unique smoky, lemony flavor that stood out. All of the pasta dishes we tried were delicious, and the cocktails were good too.

The only minor downside was that the pasta could have been a bit hotter. Serving it on warm plates would probably fix that easily. Definitely a place I would go back to.

We had the absolute best girls night in one of the chalets for Christmas. Alex was super friendly and accommodating. He was helpful with finding mocktail options off menu and was so friendly and attentive to us. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and the food was amazing as always. Don't sleep on Edera!

My son had a pizza and his dad had the branzino (fish). They like it. There aren't many vegetarian options. I had the butternut squash pasta and it was undercooked and way too sweet. The service was professional and attentive. The ambiance is really lovely. It wasn't very crowded so the noise level was relatively low.

We had reservations for 7 in the outdoor clear tent with lights. Heating was not sufficient. Two of us ordered the sea bass (special). It was bland. The only part that had flavor was the skin. Check came and already had gratuity included (not cool). We asked the waiter to split our checks according to couples on how we ordered and he said they can't do that. They had us write down the totals of each person and hand him individual cards. For as much as this place cost to eat, they should have been more than willing to do it for us, just as a normal bar and grill would do for anyone.

I can't think of a way to have made it better... Maybe if you hadn't run out of the banana but old fashioned, however the regular old fashioned was just fine. Food and wine were amazing as usual. The ambiance of the chalet for two can't be beat for a Christmas date. We had an extraordinary waiter, Alex, who was incredible and added to our great experience! Lovely evening!

Six of us were in a chalet. It was lovely & JD provided us with excellent service. We have visited the chalets before, but only 4 of us. We had two heaters for six people last night, probably could have used at least one more.

Cold Igloo + Limited Accommodation for Dietary Needs ⭐️⭐️☆☆☆ We dined at Edera in one of their outdoor seasonal igloos on a very cold evening. Although we were told the heaters would keep us warm, it was still uncomfortably chilly inside. For the price point, better temperature control or backup heating would really improve the experience. Service started out with a question about allergies and dietary restrictions, but when someone in our group mentioned they prefer a vegan diet, the response was, “Well, that's going to be really difficult for you.” Simple requests—like putting sausage on only half of a pizza—were also met with hesitation. For a higher-end restaurant, reasonable accommodations should be easier. The food was decent, but not enough to justify the higher prices given the lack of flexibility and comfort. With improved hospitality and more attention to customer needs, Edera could deliver an experience that matches its cost.

We rented one of the Chalets for 4 of us. Celebrating a birthday. Was so much fun! Those things are great and really add another level of ambiance. It was very cosy and warm with plenty of space heaters. It was not a particularly cold night but we were quite comfortable. The server was amazing. So friendly and attentive. Did a great job. The food there never disappoints. Had the Branzino, amazing. Also the bolognese and short ribs. Can't go wrong with any of them. Had a very nice reasonably priced bottle of wine. Looking forward to going back!

Amazing! We reserved one of the little Chalets. It was very cozy and warm. The food was wonderful and the service was as well.. My three year old niece was with us and loved it. She could be as loud as she wanted at a nice restaurant and there was no discomfort as we were tucked away on our little chalet.. perfect for kids. Highly recommend!
