The food was decent and they had a live band which was good!

They had two servers who just weren't doing their job. I want to say when they came over they were very kind, but they just never came over. They were talking to each other and another lady who was their friend but I don't believe worked there. They would walk around checking on table every 15 minutes or so? Brought me to my table, 15 minute wait to order; order food and drink, 15 minutes until they bring the drink over; 15 more minutes until the food. They did check in several times during a 10 minute period while I was eating, I don't know if someone came by and told them to work, but they soon went back to just talking.

After I finished the food just started waiting, knowing that they will come by, but not for awhile. When they finally came over I immediately handed them my card, because I know if I let them leave it would have been another 15 until they took it. They took my card and about 1/3 of the other tables, as multiple tables were done, also just waiting for them to come over. The ladies were just talking to each other the entire time, we could all see they weren't waiting on others.

Again, they were kind, but from a 4 star hotel I expect much better staff.

Aging hotel bar. It trys. It really does. The trainee bartender has never made a drink and had to wait on the trainer for everything. They tried. Nothing else in the area though

Food is hotel restaurant quality and portion size. The service staff is very helpful and atmosphere looks darker than I like for a quality hotel

When you get stuck in an area that you have never been and know nothing or anyone. The staff at this restaurant went over and above for us, especially Michelle and one other server, I am sorry that I couldn’t see his name tag and I didn’t want to be rude. They were both super friendly and helpful and this place should be glad that they have such wonderful staff to help people out. I will definitely be back and will be glad to return to this hotel and restaurant. Thank you all for being so helpful and kind.

Typical hotel bar and restaurant. Pretty expensive but when you’re snowed in with nowhere else open it’s all that’s available. Last night had buffalo wings and their burger. It was pretty good. The service is as good as can be expected but when they’re super busy it’s rough. Still overall very good experience.

I would say typical hotel restaurant. The service was generally good but the staff seemed a little overwhelmed with the volume of people. Food was good.

Candace was my server who brought an elegance of conversation and delight to the atmosphere. After a nice consultation about the menu, I selected the Crab Cakes to start, Burger/Fries Entree, and the Gooey Butter Cake to finish off the meal. All 3 were well prepared, and flavorful. I enjoyed the hotel bar's complimentary punch with my dinner, and once again was surprised just how good it was. I travel a lot for business, and don't expect much from Hotel Restaurants. The food here and Candace's service will definitely have me staying at the Renaissance when I can. Atmosphere is a 3, because well, it is a restaurant in a Hotel.

My husband and I absolutely love this restaurant. We had our proposal and our engagement dinner her. The staff are friendly and the food is absolutely delicious, as we never go wrong with the Salmon dish. Definitely a great go to restaurant for us!

The root beer glazed wings were a whopping $20. I asked for it to be extra crispy, the host said the sauce would have to come on the side then. When I got it, the sauce was on it and it wasn't extra crispy. The glaze didn't taste bad, but something was a bit off. The next day I felt nauseous and all I kept smelling and thinking about was the chicken. Safe to say, I had a bit of food poisoning because that's all I had.

Good food for a hotel restaurant. I recommend the smores cheesecake. The disslutioned Ipa beer was good as well. Excellent service. Just a bit pricey for a restaurant.

This restaurant/bar/lounge is located inside the Renaissance Hotel. Live music and great Vibes are the norm here. Excellent service (Thank you, Brady) and very good food. Drink options are plentiful.

Really fun and friendly team here. Live music on Tuesday and Wednesday. Nice respite while traveling. Drinks are good started with a Sweet Manhattan, yummy. Had Famous Barr French onion soup, really tasty. Then had a really good Argentina Cabernet with toasted cannelloni. Another glass of Cabernet for dessert and listened to the live music. Great lobby bar/restaurant at this Renaissance!
