Destination closed at arrival. If this location’s hours are going to be based on SLU’s, it needs to update it’s online hours to reflect.
Completely understand since the location is likely staffed by students, but I was really looking forward to that lox.

I ordered a sandwich on the menu and the employee never heard of it. I pointed it out and she still didn’t know what it was. Maybe better train your staff? After 20 minutes of her looking at a laminated sheet of how to make the sandwiches, someone took over and finished it. What a mess and not worth the trouble.

I’ve only had the brisket and jalapeño bagel and it is DEVINE!!!! The only reason I didn’t rate it a 5 star is because the bagel could be warmer!
The customer service was good. My bagel was good but wasn't as warm as it should have been. I ordered at the location. I also wasn't provided a receipt. I paid with cash and the cashier advised that's why I didn't receive one. I didn't understand that logic. The environment was

This place serves some amazing refreshments at affordable prices ,located inside the library of St louis University.

Located inside the libraryThe bagels and smoothies are really good. The staff is very nice and the customer service is very good.The only downside is that this location doesn't participate in the Einstein Bros. Bagels rewards programme but this is a corporate issue.
